Purchaced an Evo setup from them. Every part of the transaction was a pleasure. Answered my questions no matter how stupid they where. Showed me the pc running and changed some lighting setups for me so i could see how it was going to look. Pc arrived well packed and was easy to set up. Every step of the way vortex was there. Took the time to video call me and run me though a few things and was on hand when I had some issues I wasnt sure on how to fix, spent close to an hour of there personal time showing me how to sort issues and some conflicts i caused with the lighting. Its a real personal touch thats nice. Messaging me every couple of days seeing how I was getting on and if everything was running alright. I would highly recommend vortex.

Had a custom PC built by Vortex Systems. The whole process has been amazing. Comms all throughout pre purchase, built and customised as I asked. Delivery was also professional with their 3rd party. Even had a check in today, to ask how the PC was, and if I needed help with anything. Awesome service, and highly recommended.

After a few years I wanted to upgrade the previous build and reached out again to them, we discussed and he informed me of a few problems with the build I was suggesting.

He then offered me a great deal on a PC he already had with great specs and I am more than happy with what I got.

Brought my rig a few weeks ago and am absolutely blown away at the quality of build and price price I paid for it, does absolutely everything I want it to and smashes my old rig out of the park!

I needed an upgrade but didn’t want to build another pc found vortex that had amazing pc builds replied extremely fast and I ended up buying a pc the next day absolutely beyond impressed with the pc runs like a dream and even after purchase they are willing to help with anything software related I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a high end gaming pc for good prices!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. My old system gave up, found a new prebuilt system, messaged J, replied back in minutes and had the new system up and running that same day. Along with that his continued support through setup and bug fixes is a perfect demonstration of how to conduct proper business.

So, I had a problem with the PC because I made myself the PC build and I made some mistakes at cable management and it didn`t recognised all my fans and also the RGB was not working…so I was looking for someone with experience to solve my problems.
They normally do PC builds, but they were verry kind to help me solve my problem. Now finally all fans are working and also the RGB, so I am a happy customer! 😊
