I would like to highlight the excellent experience we’ve had with their support team.

Today, around 20:00, we experienced an issue on our VPS related to a network attack that was affecting our service performance. We contacted support and received a response almost immediately.

The team quickly understood the situation and implemented an effective solution in a very short time, applying network-level measures that helped mitigate the issue before it could impact our users further.

We truly appreciate the fast response, clear communication, and the efficiency of the solution provided.

Additionally, we have two VPS services with them — one for over 5 years and another for approximately 2 years — and throughout all this time we have never experienced any issues.

Without a doubt, this is a reliable service with high-quality support.

Extremely disappointed with VPSDime

Extremely disappointed with VPSDime. My business website has been offline for hours due to an internal network/IP failure on their end. They admitted it's a fault in their infrastructure, but meanwhile, I am losing sales and customers. If you run a commercial site and need a stable environment, look elsewhere. Absolute nightmare for any business owner.

CRITICAL UPDATE: It has been 18 hours and VPSDime has failed to bring my website back online. This is an absolute disaster for any e-commerce business. I have lost an entire day of sales and a significant amount of money due to their infrastructure failure. Their support is incompetent and offers no timeline for a resolution. If you value your business, stay far away. They are clearly not equipped to handle professional hosting. 0/10

FINAL UPDATE: It has been 24 FULL HOURS and my business is still offline. VPSDime has effectively shut down my store for an entire day. This is beyond unprofessional; it's a complete failure of service. I have lost significant revenue and customer trust. Their support is incompetent, providing zero timeline or technical explanation that makes sense. If you run a real business, do not risk it here. Moving my data to a competent provider now. 0 stars.

We understand the frustration of experiencing downtime, but we need to clarify the reality of the situation and the nature of the unmanaged services you purchased.

You are utilizing an unmanaged, budget-tier VPS. As stated clearly in our Terms of Service, maintaining off-site backups and managing disaster recovery for your business is entirely your responsibility. Running a commercial e-commerce store without a dedicated backup strategy is incredibly risky.

For context, the customers who subscribed to our Nightly Backup add-on were fully restored and back online in under 24 hours on brand-new infrastructure we provisioned specifically for this crisis.

This outage was not an internal network failure on our end as you claim. Our upstream provider became involved in a sudden contractual dispute with the facility operator, resulting in a complete physical lockout of the building. Despite this being entirely out of our control, our team went to extreme, unprecedented lengths to save your data. We sourced new bare-metal servers, hired a private IT extraction team, successfully rescued the locked hardware, and physically transported it to a new data center to restore your server intact.

We successfully recovered your data and brought your VPS back online. If you are running a mission-critical business, we strongly advise either maintaining your own off-site backups or subscribing to an automated backup service moving forward.

Fast support and very helpful

In beginning had some little issues. But hey, other hardware, and VM templates. Support was fast in response and everything is solved now.
Love the WebPortal, the up/download speed of the VPS. Now finalize my setup and move everything over.

Avoid avoid avoid!

They are running a fraudulent operation. The server does not work at all, I have not seen it online even once. Customer support is very unprofessional, they used disgusting profanity at me and refuse to correct the issue.

I had to do a chargeback.

Customer tried to place an order with made up details and was denied service due to that as we are required to know our customers.

Their payment was refunded right away.

VPSDime is a good people providing good services. Am on a Promotional Plan still the responsiveness from their Customer Support and resource of allocated VPS works fine :).

I recently purchased a VPS plan from…

I recently purchased a VPS plan from VPSDime, along with an additional 6 IP addresses to meet my specific requirements. However, my experience with their customer support has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.

Initially, I received 4 out of the 6 IP addresses via email, so I raised a ticket on their website to request the remaining 2 IPs. The response I received was not only unhelpful but also bordered on rudeness. I was asked to provide a reason for needing additional IP addresses, with a questionable comment about the word "mail" in the hostname.

Despite the fact that there were no explicit rules against running a mail server on their VPS in their terms of service, I was met with resistance. The final response from Damian, a representative from VPSDime, was not only dismissive but also demonstrated a lack of understanding about legitimate reasons for needing multiple IP addresses, especially for mail purposes.

To make matters worse, my ticket was abruptly closed, and the additional IP addresses were removed from my server without any valid reason. This kind of arbitrary action is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach on VPSDime's part.

I strongly advise anyone considering VPSDime to think twice before choosing them as their hosting provider. Their support team, exemplified by Damian's unhelpful and harsh responses, clearly lacks the patience and understanding necessary for a service-oriented industry.

In the future, I will be seeking a more professional hosting provider with a customer support team that values its clients and is willing to work collaboratively to address concerns rather than resorting to unjust cancellations and unprofessional behavior.

Their products are okay / not bad

I am only a customer for a few days. My experience so far is good. Support was responding quick, and professional. The resources from my VPS are not bad, I always look for the newest / fastest cpu. As they use intel xeon, it was good a few years ago, but nowadays there are better cpu's. However it does the job and its fine for a server. The internet speed is very fast. I'm happy with it.

vpsdime.com just charged my card twice…

UPDATE - my card was charged under the name of VPSdime.com and there was no transaction report. and there was two identical charges. I panicked and looked for contact information"there was none" so i posted a 1 star review. ill still keep the review at 2 stars do to the failure of having a ticket / communication system. they need to provide this information when they run 24/7/365 and no way to communicate a problem or potential problem.

Nevertheless, from what you say, we believe that your billing information has been compromised if you haven't made a purchase from us directly and we recommend you to update your passwords.

pathetic: after 1 minute of vps installation

after 1 minute of vps installation, their network getting attacked by some IP address, and I think they do not have protection or a firewall they suspended my account, and thier reply in the mail also very pathetic and so unprofessional. Edit: please check the reply from their team so before purchase you will get to how rude they behave.

It was your VPS that was performing the network attacks to other IP addresses.

Probably you have chosen a weak root password and your VPS got hacked and used to perform network attacks.

Your payment was fully refunded.

We are so sorry that you can't understand this simple fact and write this unfair review.

It's good, but the only downside is that they don't offer a cheap plan if you don't need that much of resources.
the minimum plan was too much for me but I had to get it anyway.

The "GoDaddy" method of marketing.

They use the "GoDaddy" method of marketing; that is to say that they only want the least problematic/resource utilization customers. When they get one that they feel overutilizes, they suspend them. (No other issues like this with other hosts with the same parameters.) They wouldn't refund because they said I had been a customer before (I didn't learn my lesson the first time.)
Remember: You get what you pay for!

Resource usage policy is written in our acceptable use page and in our terms of services page which you have agreed when signing up with our services.

We provide more resources than our customers pay for for short burst uses to provide them better experience but most likely you were constantly using the extra resources provided.

We always work with the customers who over-utilize the resources provided and come up with solutions. But we tried to contact you here to see what the actual problem is but you haven't replied so we couldn't locate you.

Our refund policy covers the first payment of your first order that's cancelled within 72 hours of activation. This is very clearly mentioned in various pages on our website as well as our terms of services.

Have been unable to contact dime through client area as they claim wrong login details which they are not . Do not receive emails when submitting a presales ticket . Do not recieve email to reset password.
