My wife and I have completed a 6 bedroom new self build. We totally found throughout the whole build experience, the most talented craftsmen were from V.P Stairs. We had our staircase installed by vp over a year ago, and to this day it continues to bring joy to our home. From the very beginning, the team was attentive to every detail. They patiently responded to all our wishes, gave us the opportunity to adjust the designs, and provided clear consultations with their engineers.

The surveyors who came for measurements were incredibly polite, and the builders strong, professional, and very tidy. After the installation, they left everything clean, which we really appreciated.

Choosing a company was not easy for us my husband and I visited several options. But after seeing the vpstairs workshop and meeting the team, we were convinced this was the right choice. Their director impressed us with his passion for the craft and his personal involvement in every stage of the process.

The staircase itself is not only beautiful but also safe an important point for us with children at home. The stone finishes and unique patterns are proof of the company’s craftsmanship and quality materials.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience, I feel grateful and happy to share. I’ve kept warm relations with Vitalie since the project, and I can confidently say: these people truly know their work. I’m sure many others feel the same way.

Very disappointed with their service & treatment that I received from them. Went to their on going project and decided to have a go with them. After their site visit, I had their initial design which I was not satisfied with it. Rather than they contact me to see what I think, I contacted them( OXANA ) to say that I am not happy about their design and they have to change a few things. To my disbelief, I was asked by her that I have to pay first and then they will attend to the design. I explained that I have to be happy about the design before paying for anything. Since then, I have heard nothing from them. So so unprofessional.
