Andrea made our engagement ring shopping experience easy and fun. We came without an appt directly from another store and instantly made our decision.

Worked with Andrea, she was amazing and very attentive to detail. Consistently followed up over email and phone. Kept us in the loop during the ring building process. Shopping and finding a ring was a breeze with her.

I had a great experience getting a beautiful eternity band for my anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to get it to me last minute so I could have it in time. I get so many compliments on it!

Well, I’d first like to say that we went to our appointment on a whim! Scheduled it last minute, also the first time we look at rings. And boy can I say the experience was AMAZING 🤩 Brent greeted us and his dazzling personality along with how he explained everything, made us feel welcomed and understood. We explained what we wanted, what we were looking for and he was able to work with the budget. The ring turned out GORGEOUS 🥹 everything I wanted and more!! The whole experience was incredible and can’t wait to go back and work with Brent again! Thank you so much to him and the team at VRAI 🩷

Andrea was kind and helpful! After my fiancé bought my ring from VRAI online, I was able to get it resized with Andrea’s guidance. We also went in to pick our wedding bands and she presented us a lot of options and we were able to try on many styles without being rushed or pressured. We are so happy with our purchase and cannot wait to wear them!!

I had such a great time looking for my perfect ring with some friends here. Brent was incredible - I had virtually no idea what I wanted and he was patient and thorough as he educated us on the different types of rings and suggested shapes and styles that might fit me, my personality, and my relationship best!

Buying an engagement ring at VRAI Chicago was an all-in-all excellent experience. They offer a wide variety of stone cuts and settings, as well as ring designs and materials. After taking advantage of several consultations (in person, as well as via email and video conferencing), we are very happy with the made-to-order ring.

My boyfriend and I started looking at engagement rings together and started with VRAI (their Chicago Gold Coast location). It was such an excellent first appointment - Andrea was so warm and welcoming yet very informative. She was patient as I was indecisive and gave me a huge selection of rings to try on and look at. We also learned a lot about what to even look for when thinking about diamonds and settings. It was a really good experience and we're so glad we started with them! Could not recommend Andrea enough.
