Horrible Experience

Ordered something from their Black Friday sales. After 45 days never shipped. Emailed them asking what the status was and no response. So I filed a claim with my bank. So instead, Vrare's response was to cancel another preorder I had with them. They need to figure out what's going on. If they couldn't fulfill my blackfriday purchase thats fine, just refund me. but why cancel something I still wanted? Never buying from again.

My experience was positive

My experience was positive. I purchased something from vrare, then read these negative reviews. All the negative reviews made me nervous so I emailed vrare to find out when they would process my order. They responded to my email a couple days later. I received my item today, just two weeks after ordering it. They were responsive and timely. I would order from them again.

Amazing experience with them!

Amazing experience with them! My orders have always been delivered on time. They do ship according to your pre order. If you happen to pre order with in stock it will ship at a later date. As the small business they are, I give them props for being very transparent. I see some people can be negative but it’s best to read everything yall. I love them and will continue to support them. They don’t take long to ship, some people like to bring other small businesses down and want the worst for them. I was able to meet them at the convention for their exclusive; Very nice and humble people! Keep supporting vrare for what they do. Have patience people.

HORRIBLE SHIPPING TIME

Absolute worse company with shipping. I’ve ordered funkos from many different businesses and none have taken even half the time vrare does. You buy something in January and hope it’ll make it in time for Christmas. I’ve ordered a couple times for benefit of the doubt and each time disappoints. Seems they can always be in Instagram though.

Poorly Disclosed Fees and Item Swapping

This is the right business to go to if you want to be ripped off with a poorly disclosed 20% restock fee, even for preorders, and if you want to buy items that get swapped out for other items you did not intentionally order. I contacted customer service, who were absolutely condescending and insisting that what they do is the same as other stores like Target. No one goes to Target or Amazon with the expectation that there will be a 20% fee, which is also not in the store policy dropdowns either.

Amazing Service!

They are absolutely amazing! I ended up taking a chance and ordered a pre order item. They did state they were going through a warehouse transition and items would take some time to get delivered. When the item got here I absolutely loved it! I can’t thank them enough! They communicate with their customers through social media and definitely check the site for any updates. I would give them a try! Please be patient as they are a small business. And no, they don’t hold your money, you are more than welcome to email them for any help needed.

Really loved how my funko pops came…

Really loved how my funko pops came with pop protectors included for free. My packaged arrived safe and sound within a week of my purchase! Looking forward to getting future funko pops as I see vRare has a huge selection of exclusives and affordable commons.

I received my in stock orders pretty…

I received my in stock orders pretty quickly and loved how they provided protectors for free. Would definitely recommend. For the people complaining about the chases this company offers chase bundles and does not do 1:6. We love this personally as we save a ton of money grabbing our bundle then buying 6 of 1 item!

Shady business practices

Shady business practices. They open cases and remove products and swap them. You will not get a chase if you a vase. They deliberately remove them from the case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS business.

Rough Experience

So far my experience with this company has been extremely rough. I email this company 3 weeks after I place my order asking for an update on my order. I was then informed my order had a tracking number through Shopify's automated email but no response to my original inquiry. I email back ~5 days later asking why my tracking number hasn't been updated with a status. I was there informed that they have USPS and UPS pick-up in bulk and that they would open an account to look into this issue. Now I get the picking up in bulk but, open an account to look into the issue? I'm not sure if I am missing something but that statement didn't make much sense to me. So I email back asking if my package is ready for pick-up by bulk pickup from the carrier. Simple question to get straight to the point at least I thought that.

"As stated before they pick up in bulk although they don’t pick up everything at the same time as we now have to create an account with them to get this situated." At this point, I just want my money back.
