Order has not arrived. Requested a refund as taking too long (over 2 weeks). 3 days later get an email saying your order has been shipped. Advised I had requested a refund as item taking too long. Have since seen the orders others had received. Poor quality and nothing like the photos advertising. Will not refund the payment only an offer for a voucher to purchase more items.
Poor communication. Over 3 weeks and no item or refund. Company without a conscience!

SCAMMERS
Sell under many different company names. Ordered product became concerned when many people said they didn’t receive. Asked for a refund as they hadn’t shipped as their policy stated you could. Told I couldn’t have a refund. I sent photo of their policy, they ignored. I threatened action through PayPal, they said the order had shipped. Tracking number was fake and when you clicked it, it went to another company’s site which also has bad reviews. Escalated through PayPal they sent another message saying shipped, different date different company same tracking number. Currently awaiting response from PayPal. I think they are scammers.

Poor customer service
Poor quality , wait long to received the shoes. I ordered the wrong size , didn’t realise I choose US 6 instead of UK 6.
I have tried to ask see if I can return to change bigger size and haven’t get any response.

Bought what they advertised as a winter…
Bought what they advertised as a winter jacket and it's more like a light sweater. So thin you can see through the material. The jacket looks nothing like the picture and it also has two orange rusty marks on it. It's trash. I wish i didn't order this. This probably cost them $1 to make and charged a customer way too much.
