I am 65+ and you KNOW how WE FOLK are tormented by technology. Well I WAS tormented as usual; but thru no fault of Virtual Staging. In Fact, they were Awesome!! Andrew was my contact thru chat. He advised me how to get thru a log-jam and offered more than once to do the whole thing for me. He kept watching my work and checked back in on me multiple times. BOTTOM LINE ... Customer Service here is what we all Hope and Wish for. I had to ask for an Edit of a picture, and whereas the files sent to me were not welcome by our MLS, NP! Merely a note to Andrew and problem promptly solved. Great final pictures. Well done Y'all. I'll Be Back. AND another special shout out for Andrew. Keep on being Awesome :-)

I ordered virtual staging for the first time through virtualstaging.com. I submitted 10 images. The team did a wonderful job and the customer service was fantastic! Also, the turnaround time was just 8 hours from submission! I have know idea how they do that so fast. My client absolutely loved the images! I would not hesitate hiring them for any future work. HOME RUN, AS ALWAYS

This service is very easy to work with, works fast, and does revisions if I don't explain it clearly the first time. I like their communication as well as understanding that we need this done in a timely manner.

I have used vs24 many times in the past couple of years. Occasionally i would revise a photo. I was a little surprised looking at my order that i needed to change half the photos. It seems whoever staged them originally completely missed. They were cluttered and poorly laid out.
After requesting revisions the photos came up to the quality and look i was expecting.

v24 is the best virtual staging company that I have worked with. I have several options to choose from through my company and I will only use v24, the photos always look great, on-trend, and they are very quick, they have the best turn-around time and the best customer service. I will continue to only use v24 for all virtual staging and sometimes even needed editing!
