The experience with this company has been disgraceful, I have asked on several occasions for my mug to be returned under warranty and was told I’d have to pay for the return! When I said it was under warranty again they just stopped replying to my emails! My lid broke after a few weeks and did not get a reply again! I ordered a new lid for my mug and even that has taken over a month,
So in conclusion that’s why I would not purchace anything from this company again!!

I bought a mug but returned it

I was excited to receive the VSITOO S3 Plus Smart Mug as a gift because my Ember mug had reached end of life after 3.5 years so my coffee no longer stayed hot. While the VSITOO mug was a bit larger and even increased the temperature of lukewarm coffee to piping hot, it was disappointing that after 4 weeks the lid pins broke so the lid no longer stayed secure. One week later the mug no longer charged as the device could no longer connect to Bluetooth. After chatting with customer service for 2 hours (!) and supplying all the requested information (receipt, video, photos) they agreed to replace the unit BUT only if I reordered from Amazon, submitted screenshot of my 5* review at which time VSITOO would refund my purchase through PayPal. Needless to say, that was unacceptable. Bottom line: $100 device that functioned correctly for only 5 weeks is a complete waste of money. Buyer Beware!!

j'ai acheté une mug s6 pro. après seulement 1 mois l'appareil ne charge plus . le service client ne répond que par des questions qui ne sont là que pour retarder le service . après un échange de 15 mails ils ne proposent rien et tentent de me dissuader de continuer . c'est une énorme arnaque a 120 euro

I bought a VSITOO smart mug for my elderly mother at Christmas. She has limited mobility.

The smart mug failed after only a few months.

I contacted customer services. They were very unhelpful. After two weeks I gave up and bought from another brand.

At £130 I would have thought the equipment would be more reliable and the returns process simple.

If I were you I’d give this company a miss and buy from a helpful and reliable retailer.
