Well packaged and delivered on time excellent services

After initial query with delivery confirmed without prior request, delivery made at our request date.

Beautiful radiators ordered via B&Q, delivery was quick, although they were left standing on their edge leaning on the front door. Even though the boxes clearly said to lay flat! They were well packaged, I shall look forward to seeing them installed. . They're installed let's see what happens when the heating goes back on, hopefully the 5000+ BTU rating proves to be correct.

Really good quality taps , just had a minor issue with one of my taps and spoke to advisor over whatsapp who was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction . Sorted problem straight away and saved alot of hassle.

Quick delivery

We bought four bathroom taps but, when installed, one wasn't working properly. My email to customer services was answered immediately. Thereon in the service was exemplary. A new tap arrived when promised and the costs of my returning the faulty item were reimbursed within 24 hours. The team is absolutely brilliant and surpassed my expectations. I have never been treated so well when trying to resolve a problem. Just brilliant.

Firstly I made a mistake with my ordering two items with a mismatched finish. A couple of hours later I realised my mistake and sent off an email asking to amend the order. Received a quick reply to say it would be sorted.
The order was received very quickly with the packing slip showing the correct amended details. Unfortunately there had been a warehouse picking error which meant that I was missing a waste unit but was in possession of an extra tap. Another email and again the problem sorted - missing item received & extra item returned with no drama in one courier visit.
Good customer service is only apparent when things go wrong.

Ordered radiator through BnQ from this company and was having a nightmare with the delivery company, after 3 chats to delivery company i sent an email to VURTU and was rang back by the managing director Andy who had apologised and had it sorted and delivered the next morning. Brilliant customer service would use this company again.

Bought a set of towel radiator valves for our bathroom. Excellent quality and the delivery was super fast. Will definitely buy these again when we do our ensuite.
