The sweaters are quite pretty and soft. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to return anything. You are stuck with unwanted items. They do NOT respond to emails and inquiries after the first inquiry. With my initial email about the return, they told me they would give me a $7 credit and I could keep the sweater. They have not responded at all to subsequent emails.

Love. Sweater is good quality, just the right weight and a great addition to my closet. I’m 5’6” and usually wear a medium but decided to order a large. I think the sweater runs a little small so if you want oversized, consider ordering at least one size up. Fast shipping - would totally order again.

The sweaters we recieved barely resemble the photos. The quality of the product is terrible and cheap. The sweater's label doesn't have the fabric listed and I can tell its NOT cotton like the description on the website says. They're not sized accurately. The sweaters took forever to get here. They are NOT located in the USA like they advertise.

I love my new sweaters. The colors are amazing and the fit is great.

i bought a dress that looks nothing like the picture. they offered me $10 refund on $67 purchase stating returns are too expensive. when i asked for return address they stopped answering me

I love the dress. However, it took almost a week to receive an order confirmation and shipping information, so I started to get concerned that my order had not been received. I reached out to customer service and they replied that it was still in process -- so proactive communication would have been appreciated as I was afraid dress wouldn't arrive in time for a special event. The pattern of the dress has a smudge on the front of the bodice which looks like a stain but it is the fabric design; I will cover it up with a necklace. It is a lovely dress and fits perfectly. Thank you

The pants run a little small, but I love the design and quality.

I have been trying to return two tops that were either resized or they run four sizes too small nobody will return my emails so only we can get through it. What a scam no phone numbers can’t get my money back. Can’t send back the tops. Has anybody else had this experience?

My goods arrived on time. They were packaged well and were good value for money

Return policy is sketchy. I paid $140 for 4 tops. Two of them were a really sub par material - no way would I wear them. Very cheap and poor fit for a $40 top. I would have given them a 1 but 2 of the tops will work out and were pretty much as described.

I tried to return and they offered me $16 and told me to keep the faulty tops. Super disappointed. We'll see if I get the $16 credit. If not I'll dispute the charge. Should have known better than to trust an online purchase. Lesson learned.

Never buy from them. I order a XL top to make sure it fits. I am a true size 12 so a large usually fits great. I emailed the company and the response I got they would send me a XX-large and I would have to pay the $14.99 shipping fee. Told me to keep the first shirt at no extra cost. So a shirt I can't wear and another shirt that will possibly be way too big will cost around $60.00. The original price of the shirt was $24.99. I will never order from this company again. This shirt was not made in South Carolina as advertised!!!!!!! No label in shirt that states it was made in USA or even South Carolina. Bag the shirt came in states made in China. FALSE advertising!!!!!!!!!

Not a good return policy. Web site says free returns within 30 days. They aren't honoring the free return. Bought a dress. Didn't fit. Emailed them to send me a return label and refund my original account. They emailed me saying they will give me $6.00 to keep it. I told them I don't want it I want to return it. Came back with now a $22.00 to keep it. Said I need to return it and it would cost me a fortune. Saying that it needs to be returned to Dubai, when return label on package is from New York. Very disappointed.
