I was referred and call by a lawyer called Anup Vyaas and within 2 mins he started shouting and screaming at me on the call. Not sure what the issue was as I was the one having the issue about a matter relating to a directors dispute and mismanagement of accounts. So anyway hung up and then I email him asking for an apology and he just went off on another rant about how I should never email back or call him again.

My experience of having Caroline as my conveyancing solicitor was 5*. She helped navigate through many issues related to leaseholding and management companies. I felt in safe hands throughout the process and communication of what was happening was always clear.

Refuse to release funds retained after purchase of a property. Promised many times to do so but either incompetently or criminally refuse to pay a bill to Ealing Council where they retained funds from the seller to cover works which were in progress at the time of purchase of the property.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs

One star is one too many.
Vymans did not set out expectations and process in advance.
They failed to be proactive, only providing information when asked rather than explaining clearly.
Emails were rarely answered and even the main office number went unanswered on occasion.
Communication is at best poor and usually dreadful.
One is left with the feeling that clients are really rather bothersome and beneath them.
If this company themselves were to receive the same level of appalling lack of good service as we did, they'd be the first to complain bitterly.

I could not speak any more highly of Zharna, Satish & the team at Vyman. They have been my strength and guide over the last 18 months of what has been the most painful, trying and testing time of my life. I was introduced to Zharna through Satish in March 2021. My case was complex and the quality and standard of life for my special-needs 12-year-old daughter heavily relied on the outcome of my case.

At each point I was guided and advised amazingly & consistently. There are many things I was uncertain of. Vyman's Solicitors were recommended to me by another family lawyer in North London and without question, I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone who is looking for a reliable, honest and transparent family lawyer to help them through one of the hardest challenges they are likely to face. Zharna Sutaria and her team supported me though nearly 3 years of what became a very complex divorce both with regards to settlement and to child matters. Zharna was professional, attentive and honest with me throughout the duration of my case and she offered professional and emotional support when needed. Avoid Vyman/Sethi for conveyance work.

A straightforward transfer of funds from the sale of my parents’ home which should have required one day took 8 days of phone calls and emails before they actually transferred the funds to our probate solicitor. (This despite Vyman/Sethi being provided with authorizations and directions ahead of time).

Contacting the owner of the firm resulted in an email acknowledgement that the funds transfer had been delayed but no explanation or apology was offered for all the time wasted by my probate solicitor, estate agent, my wife and I in accomplishing what should have been a straightforward transfer.
Thus, I cannot recommend using them.

Vyman solicitors we’re the worst experience I could imagine when buying a property. As a first time buyer it was already a terrifying process. And this company made it a lot worse.

Hershil gave all the work of the searches to a subordinate, who then abruptly left. I only found out from an automatic reply when I emailed them that she no longer worked there.

After that Hershil raised many more queries with the vendor (that should have been raised right at the start had Hershil done his job).

I had to ask my uncle to step in and he spoke the the boss and only then did they actually do the work they needed to. The delay meant the vendor threatened to pull of of the sale as they were no in financial distress from the delay caused by my solicitor.

After requesting a partial refund they expected me to be grateful to them for not charging me more for the extra work they had to put in due to their own incompetence.

A very stressful experience made worse by the last people that should cause a problem.

Sheetal acted for my company on a lease renewal-the process was complicated by the actions of the tenant and solicitors acting on the other side. Nevertheless the transaction was concluded late one evening outside office hours . Sheetal was once again commercial and professional; I also appreciated the initial fee quote being adhered to.

Vymans were the third family lawyers I turned to following a difficult situation. They took the work on about 6 months into litigation and took it right through to the final hearing, for about another 3 years.

I found Zharna and her team were focused on doing a good job, working to get the best possible results along the way and exploring the best avenues to reach those outcomes. They were considerably better than my experience with my previous lawyers, one of whom was unable to remember the case among the others they dealt with, the other who seemed to do little and charge a lot.

They helped me focus on the important issues in hand and they were able to give me sound advice when necessary. Where to even begin...
We were recommended this solicitors by our developer. It took them no time at all to send us over their quote and ask for a £750 fee to begin proceedings. I can confirm this was the only thing in the entire process to be done on time (what a shock). Countless times we had to chace up as we'd not heard anything for weeks at a time. One time we'd heard nothing for over 2 weeks, when i reached out it turns out that they were waiting for us to send a document to them...that they have had in their posession the entire time! You would have thought that 1. They would have checked our files to see if they had the document and 2. If they genuinely thought that they didnt have it and were waiting, that they would ask us to send it over to them! Evidently not. The entire process was a shambles, delayed longer than it needed to be entirely becuase of Priti and Vyman. I am actively telling everyone I know in the area to avoid them like the plague
