Great experience

My experience with Waddle has been amazing Ian and Becky have been fabulous they know what they are doing my regards and thanks to them both I can’t remember the exact date in February 2026 but am grateful to them

All queries was answered to my satisfaction I was put at ease and my mind at rest to enable me to make the right decisions which is Taylor made .

We’ve been working on our new policies with Waddle since summer ‘25 and they have been extremely patient. After picking up again in the Autumn and much research from Aimee Bowditch, who found the best policies for myself and my husband, I can honestly say we are very happy with the level of service from Waddle and especially Aimee and would certainly recommend them. Thank you

So far I’ve loved being with waddle, yet to claim, but the service has been fantastic, super simple, accommodating and really invested in getting the best for YOU, not them. Clear and concise information, a well presented and easy to follow welcome pack, and when you ring up to ask a question, it’s not a random call center, you deal with your own advisor and no one else. Will definitely be re-investing in further policies. Will be a ‘waddler’ from now on.

They called me out of blue but they were very professional, lots knowledge and explained how my current life insurance was not the right choice anymore. They swiftly booked me an appointment but unfortunately somehow they never called me back. I left it for a while but I thought I’d give them another chance and I’m glad I did, they picked and sorted the right policy for us and it was such an easy stress free process. Highly recommended.
