I ordered a saucepan which when it arrived was exactly what I had ordered on 12.4.23.
However I was asked or a review on 19/4 and 24/4 before the saucepan had arrived. Ten I received a communication from Royal mail that the postage had been underpaid by £3.20. I paid this and the saucepan finally arrived on 25//4

You keep sending reminder to fill out this which is a wast of your time as if selling right goods at right price and coming back ,,,,
