I would never use Wagner Plumbing again…
I would never use Wagner Plumbing again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before hiring them.
My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. A master plumber and an assistant came to my home, and I was billed for both workers. I was also charged for approximately an hour and a half more labor than the time they actually spent working at my house.
To access the plumbing, they cut a hole in my wall. While I understand that sometimes this is necessary, they left the wall unrepaired. Even worse, after reinstalling the plumbing fixtures, they failed to caulk around them, leaving fixtures loose that had been secure before they started the job.
The final bill was extraordinarily expensive, yet I was not provided with an itemized invoice explaining exactly what I was paying for. When I called to request an itemized bill and questioned the charges, I was simply told that they do not issue refunds. There was no meaningful attempt to address my concerns or explain the billing.
I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of resolving the matter professionally. According to my experience, Wagner Plumbing did not respond to the BBB complaint.
As a customer, I expect honest billing, quality workmanship, transparency, and accountability. In my experience, Wagner Plumbing fell short in every one of those areas. I was left with a damaged wall, unfinished work, unanswered questions about my bill, and what I believe was an excessive charge for the services provided.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wagner Plumbing.
