Please don’t believe their free return…

Please don’t believe their free return policy. They play cheap games and their customer service is useless. Purchasing from a store where a human is involved is much better. Online mattress purchase and return procedure is beyond stressful.

Wakefit- useless company- harassed us way too much

Wakefit is a funny company. We ordered a bed on 11th April. A moronic delivery guy delivered damaged products and left. The damage was identified by us and when we asked him to check the rest, he refused. Later he told he left coz he was busy. It took wakefit 2 and a half weeks to send another person who had no clue that the bed wasn't installed. He did his job we'll and reported two more damages (some good people exist). Then it took them 2 more weeks to find a replacement to this damage and the delivery guy would casually not arrive on the date of his duty coz he has work apparently. Funniest is customer care. The only thing they have been taught to say is wait 24-48 hrs. I don't know how such people get jobs. The upper management of the company has no idea what's going on. Communication between departments is almost none. God knows which genius thinks of large scale administration of such nonsense companies because they clearly don't know what they are doing. It took a month for the issue to get resolved. And oh the last delivery guy got replacement for one of the two damages reported. Let's wait for another month and see what is being done lol. Close your shop wakefit. Running a business is not your thing idiots.

Terrible terrible service

Terrible terrible service. I would give a big 0. After placing your order, if you call the "Wakefit support" number to check on delivery status, you cannot talk to anyone. You just get a recording that states you will get a call back in 1 business hour. And that call back never comes. On chat, the useless customer service cannot arrange a call back. Customer is reduced to a frustration level like no other with regards to delivery of their order. The Wakefit team makes false promises before booking the product, only to forget everything they agreed to once the order is placed. All misleading delivery timelines are given to customer. Would recommend never to buy from Wakefit. Please think a 100 times before buying from them no matter how much you like the product or price. You will have sleepless nights with regards to the delivery and installation.

I have ordered 2 pillows from them and they just delivered 1 .
Now when connecting to helpline last 6 times I am getting same answer that wait for 48 hrs
Wakefit shall communicate that they will take ages to deliver it

I'm writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a substandard wardrobe received from Wakefit on April 12th. Despite promises of quality, the delivered product was unsatisfactory, including the color. Your customer service resisted my attempts for a return or replacement, contradicting your advertised policy and demonstrating unprofessional and rude behavior. Their justifications also lacked technical accuracy. Wakefit appears to be a scamming company that deceives customers. If profit is your only motive, earn it ethically instead of cheating. Consider my payment a regrettable contribution. Discovering numerous negative reviews on Reddit confirms Wakefit's poor customer treatment. While money is recoverable, your brand's reputation is being damaged. Public, exercise caution and review thoroughly before buying from Wakefit.

HORRIBLE

The mattress shrinked soon after I purchased. I’ve been after them for months to replace it but their stupid customer complaints person says what he has mugged up from the policy and hasn’t given me a solution yet. I have made the biggest mistake of purchasing from Wakefit.

Fraud Wakefit. I wish I could give zero to it.

I wish I could give zero to it. The wakefit has started degrading it's service status and quality.
The wakefit has become fraud, it takes money from customers but do not deliver product. And on complaint, they reply we can not do anything. I complaint several times, but wakefit is behaving ignorant and dead.
My order is ORDER202502rqwxml which has never been delivered but wakefit has refused to take action against my complaints.
This behaviour will definitely lead massive loss to your customer base, because in this digital world, you reveal yourself.

Review: Extremely Disappointed with Wakefit – Poor Product Quality and Service

I purchased two beds from Wakefit, and the experience has been nothing short of pathetic. One of the beds was delivered after an unacceptable delay of 25 days, with no proper updates or communication.

To make matters worse, the quality of plywood used in both beds is substandard and nowhere close to what was promised. It’s clear that corners have been cut in materials and workmanship.

Despite raising repeated complaints, I had to visit the store personally and even go to the extent of messaging the founders directly—but shockingly, there was no meaningful response or intervention from their end.

For a brand that claims to care about customer satisfaction, this has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend Wakefit to anyone looking for reliable furniture or responsible customer service.

DO NOT BUY SOFAS FROM WAKEFIT – WORST QUALITY & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought a sofa from the Wakefit Gaur City store in December 2024, and it has been a nightmare ever since. They sent the absolute worst quality fabric despite me requesting a better one hundreds of times. After endless complaints, they finally replaced the sofa, and guess what? Within just TWO DAYS, the fabric started deteriorating again! Whatever garbage material they use keeps sticking to our clothes.

The sofa is still under warranty, and I’ve raised multiple tickets, but these scammers keep closing the tickets on their own, avoiding my complaints, and refusing to fix the issue. It’s been over a month, and they have done nothing to resolve this. I’m still paying EMIs for this junk, and Wakefit does not care at all! Instead of fixing the problem, they had the audacity to tell me to BUY A VACUUM CLEANER! Seriously? I bought a sofa, not a lifetime cleaning project!

The store staff are equally useless—zero help from them. Save your hard-earned money and stay away from Wakefit! Their quality is garbage, and their service is even worse. Once they have your money, they will ignore you completely. Worst experience ever!

Absolutely worst service by wakefit

Absolutely worst service by wakefit, please dont purchase from them, from 3 months i have been waiting for my issue to be resolved

They delivered a defective bed to me and asked me to pay to replace it. I had purchased the product on dec 25th 2024, its now march 2025 I might have had more than 25 calls with their support team, please advise anyone not to take the risk of purchasing products from wakefit

Poor customer service

I cannot begin to express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with WakeFit's service. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has set a new standard for incompetence and unprofessionalism in the furniture industry.

I ordered a simple display unit, thinking it would be a straightforward purchase. Little did I know, I was signing up for weeks of unnecessary stress and disappointment. The delivery was delayed by more than 15 days, with no proper explanation or proactive communication from their side. Every time I reached out to their customer service, all I received were generic, copy-pasted apologies and excuses about "unforeseen circumstances." How many unforeseen circumstances can one company have? It’s clear they have no respect for their customers' time or commitments.

But the nightmare didn’t end there. After finally receiving the product, the installation was delayed by another 6 days. Again, the same robotic apologies and vague excuses. It’s as if they think saying "sorry" repeatedly will magically fix their incompetence. WakeFit’s customer service is a joke – they are completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and seem to have no intention of resolving issues or improving their service.

To make matters worse, the entire experience was filled with a lack of accountability. There was no sense of urgency, no effort to compensate for the delays, and no attempt to make things right. It’s clear that WakeFit doesn’t value its customers or their time.

If you’re considering buying from WakeFit, I urge you to think twice. There are far better brands out there that actually deliver on their promises and treat their customers with respect. Save yourself the frustration and avoid WakeFit at all costs. Their service is the worst in the market, and their excuses are even worse. Don’t make the same mistake I did – stay far, far away from this company!

Wakefit 3 Door Wardrobe

I purchased many wakefit products before all went well but this time I had very worst experience from Delivery people, Customer Care people, Escalation Team and Corpenter as well. I purchased product in November month but due to some fitting issue I put for replacement, later they arranged for part replacement in that we found product size issue it was identified by Corpenter itself again we put for replacement and we got replace product, in that also we faced fitting issue so again we put for replacement so they arranged Corpenter to rectify the issue but his behaviour towards customer was worst and didn't resolve the issue. So again we raised the issue they did product replacement but that delivery with Corpenter person was not professional so he didn't do installation properly even after telling the issue also. He straight away told us to speak to customer care I can't do anything. So again we raised the issue this time one more Corpenter came to check the issue, but he couldn't resolve the issue so he took back the product list this it happened till January 8th. Till here for every visit or replacement they took 3 to 9 days.. From November till here my issue was not resolved. I did so many followups with customer service, escalation team, delivery team and branch also, but simply made me to wait till today. Everyday I use to call customer care to connect to escalation team, one they told you have your product without our intimation you returned the product so will close the case and he closed it. Then I called delivery team he told that due to communication gap false pickup happened will create false POD and return product by next day. When I call next day he told it's on the way to your location will reach by 3pm but I waited till 3:30pm and I called him but he blocked my number. I tried with my family members number also with wakefit branch manager number but he didn't respond he blocked all calls. So I again I started followups with customer care team, escalation team and branch manager till today. Like this I wasted 3 months but ultimately I didn't receive the product. In wakefit customer service team is very worst they simply kept the case without informing to escalation team for 1 month this I came to know when I spoke with escalation team person Sudanshu. I had a very worst experience this time with wakefit. If everything goes well fine otherwise they will screw us like anything bcz they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. With all this experience I wont purchase any product from wakefit now onwords. Very very worst experience I had. You just think before purchasing the product from wakefit.

Wakefit Review: Poor Service, No Delivery, and No Refund

I had a terrible experience with Wakefit. I placed an order for a mattress, and despite multiple follow-ups, it was never shipped. Their customer service kept giving vague responses and false promises, but nothing happened.

To make matters worse, they have blocked my money and are refusing to refund it. It has been weeks, and there is no resolution. This is completely unacceptable and unethical business practice.

If you value your time and money, stay away from Wakefit. They fail to deliver on their promises and seem to have no regard for customer satisfaction. I am now forced to take legal action and file a complaint with the Consumer Court.

Avoid this brand at all costs!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality Mattress and Terrible Customer Service**

I had high hopes when I purchased a mattress from wakefit, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the start, the mattress I received was of shockingly poor quality. The material felt subpar, the support was non-existent, and it didn’t even resemble the product that was promised to me online.

Initially, I thought maybe I just received a defective unit, so I reached out to wakefit customer service for assistance. To my dismay, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but the responses I received were dismissive and unhelpful. After explaining my concerns, I was given the runaround, with no clear solution or offer of replacement or refund.

It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a product that is advertised as being of high quality, only to receive something that is not even close to what was promised. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has been disappointing. A reputable company should stand by its products and work to resolve issues, but in this case, wakefit has done nothing to rectify the situation.

To anyone considering purchasing from wakefit , I urge you to think twice. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mattress or reliable customer support.

The worst shopping experience

The worst shopping experience. I had placed an order for a mattress on 18th January 2025 and it was showing the delivery date on 20th January 2025. Going on the tracking link, it stated that the consignment had reached the final delivery warehouse on 19th January 2025. Since 20th January 2025, the date of delivery kept on increasing without any reason. After that, I tried connecting with the customer care agents several times but got the same old robotic response "Please wait till tomorrow EOD for the delivery". This kept on happening for a week and ultimately I had to cancel my order. There was no help from customer service agents and I was not given any updates as to why my order was being delayed so much. Probably the last time I ordered from Wakefit.

I purchased furniture

I purchased furniture - a shoe rack but it arrived damaged. What's disappointing is the absolutely laid-back attitude of Wakefit in their duty to replace the damaged product. Since it's prepaid, they don't care, every time I check with the customer care I receive the same automated response that we'll update you in 48 hours. I already waited more than a month for the delivery and to receive such customer service is pure agony. Honestly you should not engage with Wakefit, in disguise of a corporate, Wakefit's service is worse than a government office. Product quality - average so why bother!?

Pathetic After service experience

I purchased 2 mattresses from Wakefit dealers directly and one of the got deformed within one month of using it. Informed the dealer about it and he kept buying time and not responded well.
I tried calling direct customer care they keep calling you every 3 days with differed responses and never intended to solve the issue. Lastly someone from the customer care told me that it will be solved through dealer only “The company cannot take this complaint” Strange that the brand itself is not taking the responsibility of the orders from dealers or the agents that they have hired and the irony that the mattresses are coming from there manufacturing unit. Lol
Luckily I had the senior persons number to whom I contacted with all the photos and videos of the deformation of the mattress. After 3 months of follow up he has also stopped responding.
Overall pathetic after service experience. This 10 year warranty is nothing but a scam.
