Terrble clothers jacket bits hanging from sleeves and scarf is shein 1.90 charged £19 think all items are from shien as Chinese writing and just there tag on arm plus charge you delivery and returns and stop 7.99 tax god noes what for ,please dont waste your money !!!!! There okay when buying but never answer you for return s!!!!

So called active wear leggings were the worst leggings I’ve ever worn. They have the cheek to put in the description they are squat proof and advise to size down. I bought my usual size and spent the day pulling them up as they constantly rolled down. Complete waste of money.

Very disappointed in the quality of the items, given the prices. I've returned both items, don't think I would buy again especially as I then had to cover the cost of the return postage.

I have followed WiW for quite a few years and in my opinion, have seen the quality of the clothes really go downhill. WiW used to be a place you would go for a special outfit, something one off for an event or celebration. As with other stores in NI, a lot of stuff is bought in from Paris, which is of lesser quality, odd european sizing and totally overpriced. Sometimes fast, cheap fashion isnt what all customers want. I love to buy local but im really put off right now

I have had a really positive experience shopping online at the walk in wardrobe the clothes are of the highest quality and staff are friendly personable and extremely helpful i will continue to be a loyal customer

5star Excellent customer service in store and online, This store has something to suit all, my recent experience was a last minute Awards night, I just popped into Walk in wardrobe in the morning and within 30minute I had my full outfit for the night, the girls are all so helpful.

I do feel like the service has gone downhill, having been a customer in England for about 5 years I'm reluctant to purchase again. I have spent a lot of money and recommended to friends and family. The last few months though, I'm disappointed with the very strange sizing so there isn't much information on real sizes only general S, L etc., no information on fit, measurement etc. The worst thing is that items are continually sent scrunched up in flimsy packaging. For example tailored jackets screwed up rather than on a hanger or in a box. Three times I had to send back faulty items. On one occasion I spent £400, and the packaging and presentation was very poor. That really isn't good enough.Yes I was given free returns but no offer of reimbursement of original postage, which other companies do. The loyalty scheme suddenly disappeared, I had no emails warning of it.The personal touch seems much reduced now whenever there is a problem, perhaps WinW is expanding too quickly?

I have bought items in this shop and quality/sizing has been awful, recently I have noticed that some of the items they have on their website SHEIN have the exact same items.... today on their website they have a new beautiful colourful crochet top in stock at £29.99 which I was about to purchase and the same on is on SHEIN for £11.49
