I ordered online
I ordered online, wall panels at cost of £500. Paid vis PayPal.
Next day I received a email that I cancelled the order and refund would take 5 days . Then i received email saying that company does not deliver to Glasgow/ Scotland.
Why do take orders from Scotland when you do not deliver?
Glad I Paid via PayPal as I was refunded without delay.

We’re genuinely sorry that we couldn’t complete your order. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points to provide full transparency.
Your order total was £493, and the refund was issued immediately after we contacted you — not because you cancelled, but because we had to make the difficult decision to cancel it on our end. This is due to the nature of our products: large acoustic wall panels that are fragile and easily damaged during long-distance shipping, particularly to Scotland. Unfortunately, couriers have repeatedly failed to deliver such items safely to that region.
Rather than risking a poor experience or sending you damaged goods, we felt it was more responsible to issue a full refund straight away — which you received without any delay via PayPal.
We aim to be as honest and customer-focused as possible, and we regret that this situation led to disappointment. However, we truly hope you understand that our intention was to protect you from receiving a damaged product and a frustrating experience.

I completely do not recommend this site, I placed an order on February 22, today is March 10, I still haven't received anything, although their website claims to send 2-3 working days. After 3 days after I placed the order, they wrote to me that at the moment they do not have these panels, and we have to wait 10 days, which I agreed, but more has already passed, and there is still no information, many times I wrote to them in the support service and they do not respond. I am disappointed that I chose this store to make a purchase.

Sadly the items arrived very badly…

Collection of the damaged items was arranged for today, however no tracking was supplied for the collection and no one turned up.

Sadly the items arrived very badly damaged. When reported to waldec the response was good, however no follow up correspondence or contact, simce, or any sign of a collection of the damaged items or refund.the items are skip worthy only, and probably 100% the couriers fault, which is bad luck. But a swifter resolution is needed. Hopefully this review will spark a response, as a credit card charge back dispute is the only other option available.

Nothing has arrived.
Tried to contact Walldec several times with no responses at all.
They have happily taken money from my bank account!
I'm about to contact Trading Standards and the Ombudsman.

If you looking for good quality and even better prices - I highly recommend Walldec. I ordered stone effect panels, which arrived damaged by courier, but once I contacted customer service replacement was sent right away. Very quick delivery. Im very happy customer.

Still waiting on delivery
Still waiting on delivery. The parcel company you use is very poor. Been once but didn't deliver. Rebooked waited in and then told car'nt deliver. Not happy wasting my time waiting in when i could be doing other things
