THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I found their page in such high hopes, wanting to design my dream wedding dress with them for my wedding. In the beginning the communication on their side was so good, they agreed to everything I requested and said everything could be done. The agent made a drawing and I was still very hopeful at this point. Then when it came to paying the deposit I was so so rushed to send it quickly, even though I wanted a little bit of time to find the best way to send it. They kept saying we need to secure the fabric and that is why we’re rushing you. This is where I sensed something was off and even debated whether I should continue. But I was reassured when I mentioned my doubts and even before sending the money I made sure with them that the same exact fabric is available and THEY LIED and said yes. I had chosen a dress FROM THEIR OWN PAGE, one of their own designs.

After receiving the deposit on March 9, communication on their end stopped. My wedding was on May 2 and I asked for updates starting April 2. I asked for some sort of progress pictures and she kept saying the production team won’t send pictures or videos of them sewing it. ANOTHER LIE. They had just not started. On April 28, FOUR DAYS before my wedding they sent me a video of the dress, INCOMPLETE still at this point AND LOOKING NOTHINGGG like what I had ordered. They had used a completely different fabric, they changed this without saying a word to me. They changed the neckline completely, gave it a completely new style and used completely different rhinestones on it. I was so frustrated, I had been scammed. A completely different dress was sewn AND STILL NOT COMPLETED AND NOT SHIPPED 4 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. They sent another video of people working on it sewing things on it 3 days before my wedding. There was no way they could finish it in time and have it delivered to me in time to Canada. I fought for my deposit back and they gave it back, but I was left there without a dress 3 days before my wedding.

I normally never write reviews but I would never want any other bride going through what I went through. Please be careful with these people, do not be fooled by their prompt communication. They do not care to make you what you want or send it in time.

Amazing dresses i orderd 3 for me and family ,this is my second time ,that i got from them a im sooo happy that i have ordered from them from the first time ,the last drees the assistant arlinda was soo kind and helpful she did every simple thing i ordered, i bet in every party im only going to order from them 🥰🥰

Shipment was fast, and the gown was beautiful! Arlinda was of great help!

I found this website at 3 am in the morning, and it was the best thing I could have done. I found the wedding dress I wanted, but Arlinda, my design assistant, said the material wouldn’t be available until the summer. She was up front about everything, and she even pulled fabric to show me. She was adamant that she wanted my dress to be completed, shipped, and modified (if need be) by them .

She pulled fabric until I found one that I loved. Mind you, she did this all online with a 7 hour time difference. The design team designed me a one of a kind dress based on the one I fell in love with 😍.

Production started immediately, and Arlinda kept me informed. She answered questions I had about everything! She was willing to make custom vales, she warned against it because she said it would be too much and she was right, shoes, and even shapeware.

I got to see the production team make my dress, and for the final viewing, she was open to anything I wanted to change. I told her it was perfect on Tuesday and box 📦 it up! It arrived Friday at my door in Louisiana. I tried it on and The FITTT is everything and more! The quality can’t be matched, the detail is unbelievable, and it’s one of a KIND just like me.

Now all I have to do is find a wedding dress hanger that can support 22 pounds! Did I mention the quality is unmatched!

My experience with walone was not only disappointing but shocking as I purchased this dress for my wedding reception. I ordered the Questa Dress and I was truly excited for it. Based off photos and expected quality I thought the dress I would receive would be worth every penny I paid for. When i initially received my dress I tried it on ,for obvious reasons, and immediately beadings came off but i told myself, they wouldn’t sell me a dress that falls apart so easily. I then tried on the dress months later for alterations and before I could do any alterations to the dress the centerpiece came off as well as a jewel near my armpit area. I am 130-140 lbs there is no reason why pieces on my dress should be falling off. Not to mention, after I figure out a way to glue those jewels back on my dress on my wedding night someone managed to hand me the centerpiece because it had fallen off again that night.

I brought this up to Benek, who I was in contact with, and told he/she what I was experiencing and instead of giving me some type of financial compensation I was told
“I cannot understand how the “dress has fallen apart” without wearing it“, which is the same thing that I was trying to figure out. He/she also said “Dear you are not the first one who ordered this dress. It is one of our bestselling designs
I am more than ready to send out extra crystals and beading or to offer you a discount for your future order”
“we would like to remind you that you received this dress over four months ago, which provided ample time to inspect it and address any concerns well in advance”
“we are happy to offer guidance, but we cannot replace a dress based on unsubstantiated claims, especially after such a long period of time. If this matter escalates with further false accusations, we will have no choice but to take appropriate action to protect our brand’s integrity.”

I did not want more crystals, I still had the ones that had fallen off, nor did I need another voucher for a future purchase. There were no unsubstantiated claims nor any false accusations stated, just a customer who wanted what she paid for. I say all this to say I wish I would’ve seen a review like this before purchasing and I hope this helps someone in the future in some way.

Bonjour ! J’ai ft ma robe chez Walone et je regrette tellement pas ! Super accueil, ils sont très professionnels, j’ai vraiment kiffé.

I ordered my daughter’s prom dress and it turned out beautiful. It was high quality and it was evident that it was hand made. I would recommend anyone shopping for a unique and quality formal dress to order from Walone. Customer representative was responsive and the same contact throughout the process.

At first, I was very skeptical about this company because it was like online but but the person that we dealt with was very effective, she communicated perfectly kept me very informed. Had an excellent method for taking the measurements and my daughter’s dress is amazing. It is exactly like the picture I would recommend anyone to this company, it’s well worth the cost.

Initially, I was hesitant to order from Walone because I wasn’t familiar with the site, but my daughter had her heart set on ordering her senior prom dress from them. We placed our order back in February and provided her custom measurements. From start to finish, Arlinda, our customer service representative, was absolutely amazing! She kept us updated throughout the process, even sending videos of the dress in production to reassure us along the way.

Toward the end, I grew a little concerned about whether the dress would arrive on time, but Arlinda was very reassuring — and she was right! They shipped with DHL Express and provided excellent service. Since there wasn’t a driver available to deliver in our area, they made special arrangements for us to pick up the dress to ensure we had it in time. We received it a week early, giving us the perfect amount of time for fittings and final touches.

The dress was exactly as ordered — beautifully customized and fitting her perfectly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were absolutely stunning.
I would definitely order from Walone again without hesitation. Thank you for making my daughter’s prom night unforgettable!

I ordered a dress for my prom and I was indecisive about what mesh I wanted to use but they were super helpful and the mesh we decided on I didn’t like after they sent me a video of the dress so they remade the whole dress within just a few days just to satisfy me and it still came on time I loved the dress and it fit like a glove it was perfect and they were so helpful throughout the whole process and they also made my veil for free it was great. I also want to give a special thanks to Arlinda she was the one helping me the entire time.
