As stated in our email exchange, shared via the order link with clear images showing the correct product and highlighted on the order invoice for your item, you ordered and received Variety Sticks. As you stated in your email, in 2025 you ordered and used our Variety Pellets, but this year you have ordered Variety Sticks. We have clearly stated that we will happily exchange this item once you return this to our warehouse, which has yet to be done. Please get back in touch should you still require this to be exchanged.

Excellent service, birds love the calci worms

Walters Variety mix an expensive bag full of air
Walters Variety mix. Would not buy again. Bought a bag full of air.!! Like trying to fill kids up on quavers. Fish are not satisfied. Bag gone in no time.
Will get some proper fish food next time. Can't recommend
