Wrong order, no communication.
I purchased 10lt fish flakes. My order arrived very quickly but on opening it is was the wrong item. After three times messaging them I still have had no reply. The phone number is not connecting. Not the expected level of customer service I expect. I know mistakes happen but you need to rectify them asap. Not sure I would buy from them again.

Fish loved the food. Great tub to keep the pond flakes in, bought a refill and reused the tub. Have just bought some other fish foods and the fish so far are loving them all great prices and great products. Will be purchasing again in future.
