From the start, Andy Matthews in the Sedgley branch was supportive, caring and helpful, every step along the way. On the day of Mum's funeral everything went so smoothly, and the whole crew were caring and compassionate, attentive and so professional carrying out their duties all the time we were in their hands. I was SO happy with their service (in May 2023) that I've asked them to deal with Dad's funeral this month (June 2026) without any hesitation whatsoever. Totally worthy of their 5⭐️ valuation.

Absolute faultless from start to finish. Very fair prices. Andy treated us with care and compassion and never felt like just another customer. Excellent service and easy communication.

Both Karen and Helen Came to My House for Meeting and To Help In Every Manner Possible to Ease the Pain and Worry of the Period.
It came to be on Day of Avrill on Friday the 08th May 2026 that all My/Our Family, Relations, Friends, Veteran Friends and Who Knew Avrill said "What a Show of Love and Honour" was shown that Time and Period.

A&A Walters made a difficult time bearable 🙏They were professional but also showed great empathy. Nothing was too much trouble, they were with us every step of the way offering support, advice (without the hard sell) and compassion. Special shout out to Stacy, she’s a credit to the company and we couldn’t have wished for a better person to make arrangements. Hopefully it will be some time before we need your services again but we would choose you again, without hesitation.

The professional service we received from Andy was very respectful and efficient from initial enquiry to family goodbye.

Following the recent death of my dear brother James Dominic Byrne, I would like to thank the funeral directors A&A Walters of Tipton for all their kindness and professionalism. In particular I want to thank Phil Etheridge, who from my first phone call made me feel at ease. Phil was thoughtful and compassionate, and guided me so patiently through the whole process.

We used A&A Walters for my mom Christine Willetts’s funeral.
From start to finish the service they provided was exceptional. It didn’t matter how many questions we asked it was never a problem. From the very first meeting right up until the last we couldn’t fault anything at all. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone all the staff are so polite and professional.

I knew Karen from a previous funeral, she arranged Rita's funeral the same as her brother John's, with precision and kindness. This saved the family much anxiety leading up to a heartwarming conclusion at a difficult time......Richard from Ludlow

From the first phone call after my mom, Christine Wardley passed away, the compassion shown and the knowledge and support given to us all was just wonderful. Alicia especially was really supportive and very professional with her guidance when making decisions concerning funeral arrangements and all of the details surrounding this sad time. Every step of the way we were kept informed, emails were answered promptly and even afterwards, we were shown such respect when collecting mom’s ashes and making the further arrangements for her internment. I cannot recommend AA Walter’s enough when dealing with such a sad process.

We used A&A Walters for my dad’s funeral in 2024 which is why we returned to them when my mum sadly passed away earlier this year. On both occasions the staff were incredibly empathetic and supported us through a difficult time. Karen who was our main contact this time, was especially kind and thoughtful and helped to make things more manageable. Karen has a good knowledge of Tipton which was very comforting for us. When we visited my mum in the chapel of rest, the gentleman who took us to see her was very kind and respectful. On the day of the funeral, all of the staff were professional, kind and attentive, ensuring everything went as planned. We were very grateful of the compassion and support shown to us and my mum’s memory.

We are so pleased for all the help we received,so grateful to Sam who made it so easy to arrange our brother Kevin's funeral.

AA Walters are an extremely professional company. Their staff are very supportive, caring and cannot do enough to help at such a difficult time in people's lives. A special mention to Stacy who supported us in planning our dear nans funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very kind and calming. Everything run so smoothly and staff took time to explain everything to us at every stage. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done.

Our family has used A & A Walters for a considerable amount of time yet the reports of their service seem to get better and better! My late wife, Mary Valerie Pass left us on the 29th of December 2025 and from the point that Stacey was assigned to her funeral care, everything was handled superbly. From first meeting to post funeral at Gornal Crematorium I cannot find the slightest issue with everything that was done for us. My funeral has been arranged since 2013 (as was my wife's) and you can be sure of which Company will be dealing with it! Many thanks to all concerned. Mike Pass.

We were recommended by family members who had previously used A&A Walters, and from our very first contact, everyone we encountered was both professional and kind.

We worked closely with Stacy, and from the moment we met her, she helped us feel relaxed and at ease during what was a very difficult time. She took the time to explain everything clearly and supported us with anything we needed throughout the process.

At no point did we feel under any pressure to make decisions or do anything we weren’t comfortable with, which made the experience all the more reassuring. Stacy was always just a phone call or email away whenever we needed anything, which gave us great peace of mind.

As a family, we chose to have the vintage hearse for our dad, which we would highly recommend. It was a beautiful touch and really turned heads, making the day feel even more special.

On the day itself, everyone made us feel at ease and supported us with anything we needed, helping everything go as smoothly as possible during such an emotional time.

We would highly recommend A&A Walters and would definitely use them again… although hopefully not for a very long time.

When our loved one, June, passed away we were understandably going through a very emotional time. From our very first conversation, Stacy and the team were incredibly kind, compassionate and professional. They guided us through every step with patience and understanding, which made such a difference to us as a family.

Everything was handled with great care and respect, and we always felt that our mom/Nan was in the best hands. Nothing was too much trouble and Stacy was always there to answer questions and reassure us when we needed it.

On the day of the funeral, everything was organised beautifully and ran so smoothly. It meant a lot to us to be able to focus on remembering and celebrating our mom’s/Nan’s life, knowing everything else was taken care of.
