We would like to thank Karen Newey for all the support she gave us in arranging the funeral of my late husband Stephen France she listened to our wishes and gave us guidance nothing was too much trouble for her .
Tha celebrant Debbie gave a beautiful service and did Steve proud .
The drivers and staff on the day were very professional kind and compassionate.
We can't thank A&AWalters(tipton)enough for the outstanding service we received and would recommend them to anyone seeking a compassionate and professional funeral care .

The service and professionalism we received from Karen at A &A Walters in arranging our father’s funeral, John Thompson, was excellent and we cannot fault them at all. From first contact until the service and cremation we were handled with sympathy and we can’t thank them enough.

All of the staff I had contact with were very professional. We ere handled with sympathy from the first phone call, through the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself.

Stacy guided us through the planning of the funeral and was so helpful, always there to reply to an email or call. On the day the staff who took us to the funeral service and cemetary were superb. They led us through it every step of the way. Supportive but discreet. Totally professional. Couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommend Walters, cannot thank them or praise them highly enough.

Karen and the team from the moment I called them were nothing but amazing and supportive to myself and my family, after loosing my wonderful dad Trevor Allen they made organizing the funeral stress free, Karen was nothing but kind and compassionate, dads funeral really was a beautiful send off we can’t thank you all enough!

We sadly had to arrange two funerals within just 7 weeks,first for our Dad and then for our Mom. Walters supported us through both losses with outstanding care and compassion.
Phil was our first point of contact, and his kindness and calm approach made a huge difference during such a difficult time, he guided us through the initial steps with sensitivity and reassurance. Later, Sam arranged the enhanced pure cremations firstly for our Dad and then again for our Mom, handling everything with the utmost professionalism and respect.
Both funerals were handled with dignity,and every detail was thoughtfully managed. Walters made an incredibly hard time just a little easier,and we are truly grateful.
We would not hesitate to recommend Walters to anyone needing funeral services.

We were all very pleased with Karen's assistance with the planning of Ray's service and the empathetic professionalism shown by Jeremy and staff on the actual day of the funeral. Many of the attendees also mentioned how seamlessly the whole event had gone.

When my husband Alan Wilkinson passed away Anthony was the first person we had contact with. It was early hours of the morning. Anthony was very caring and kind to us all especially Alan. He explained to us what we needed to do. Karen was the next person we saw right from the start she was absolutely wonderfull with me and my 3 daughter's. A & A Walter's comes highly recommended by me Alan's wife. Couldn't thank them enough for all their kindness and care they gave us all. ❤

I recently lost my dad in a sudden event. Stacy and the team and A&A walters made the whole process so seamless and easy to manage.

It was not a first loss of a parent but it was still difficult to take on board.

Stacy from the first point of contact made sure we were cared for and the staff that attended to the funeral were also very dignified and helpful.

From the moment we contacted A&A Walters regarding our Mom Gladys Williams nothing was too much trouble. Karen was excellent she guided us all through the process and helped us through a very difficult and sad time in our lives. From visiting our Mom to the funeral service everything went smoothly and with dignity and care. I would definitely recommend them for their excellent service on the loss of your loved one.

Right from the very first point of contact, Karen at A & A Walters was extremely caring. professional and helpful, guiding us to make the choices we felt were right for our loved one . The service they provided was first class right up to the day of the funeral. Everything was done with a very caring and professional approach.

My uncle had paid for his funeral at the coop when he sadly passed away in February went to the coop to sort everything out the service was terrible so cancelled it went to A&A Walter’s and Karen was amazing couldn’t ask for better service nothing was to much would definitely recommend

The service provided by Stacy and all at AA Walters was excellent. They were so caring and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took care of my partner Lee Glaister from the moment they picked him up till the day of the funeral. I felt peace knowing he was being taken care of so well. Everything on the day of the funeral ran smoothly and Dave was lovely and took great care of us on the day. We visited our loved one in the Chapel of rest a few times and on the first visit Lee's hair wasn't quite right and Tony said he'd sort it for us and would take very good care of him. When we went the second time his hair was redone as promised. I cannot thank or recommend AA Walters enough and whilst I hope we don't have to use their services again for a long time they will definitely be the funeral directors I use.

We have had a previous experience with A&A Walter’s before, when we sadly lost our dad, John Davies in 2021. We couldn’t fault the service we received from them, very professional and attentive to your needs.

In February, we had the sudden death of our youngest brother Graham, so had no hesitation in contacting them again for their service.

Karen Newey handled everything for us this time, and I can’t thank her enough for the kind and caring way she dealt with us.

Stacy was both informative and supportive through the planning and no request or question was too big or too small. There was attention to detail and was also transparent when it came to costs. Our father was well looked after and the arrangements for viewing in the chapel of rest were done sensitively and respectfully. On the day of the funeral, everything was organised and carried out to the highest standard and funeral conductor, drivers and pallbearers were all amazing.
