I have received letter regarding the back garden over grown weeds which I don't have the money unlike the other people on this street I can do is plan to set armaments next year because people on benefits cannot save or have money I can only try but this letter hit me today housing officer is matesxwith woman next door I already know that so she decides to make trouble for me whenever it suits her why do I have to keep fighting for my home time time again if this wasn't direct attack on me personally which I know that it is because they been given me food voucher so they know I don't have money so not if that not enough pressure she decides to send supervisor to my home to spy see what they can use against me to kick me out of my home they tried it few years ago now they trying to make trouble again how am I to pay to clear my garden in 2wks no way that is possible I haven't the Money so their using it as excuses to take my home then she now wants to force herself in my home tell me how to live just to have go at me is that aloud she can't turn up there's no rubbish outside its gone so they attack me on back garden I'm going to plan next year nothing I can do now I'm needed money to get yo hospital for treatment so what can I do about it its cruel wicked their monsters I tell you crooks an monsters who dislike people on benefits they only want people who work in their property they look down on people on benefits they treat us like trash they toss us around think that they have right to tell us how to live our lives when they add to most problems if they were trusted I'd not be wasted my money on repair but they cut corners putting your life in danger because its cheaper to do that well I refused work in my home I'm not allowing any more work done in my home far as I can see they get their rent so they have no reason to start harassment on me just because they want me out I done nothing wrong I know I'm hated by my monster landlord their crooks monsters they don't care about uou even something happened to me in my home 4 years ago by suvayer he did something bad got away with it told me to shut my mouth so did his girlfriend she came to my home to shout at me attempt to beat me up but I stood up for myself in fear I calm her down then got her to leave this is kind of danger you could be in who are these people their crooks monster this has to stop I'm not keeping silent nomore I had enough people like me get targeted all the time I'm left fearful of my life from my landlord they type people work for them now I'm nolonger sure if I go into hospital then come home find my locks changed how do I know that they can't be trusted it all come out you just watch I need to know that I don't need yo be afraid nomore I just wish peace

THIS CERTAINLY NOT WORTH ANY STARS.
I HAD PURCHASED THE TIMBERS AND SPIKES ETC TO HOLD THE FENCES TOGETHER FOR BROKEN DOWN FENCE IN THE COMMUNAL GARDEN WHICH IS SPLIT INTO TWO. BECAUSE OF YEAR'S OF REPORTING IT TO WANDLE AND NOTHING
WAS GETTING DONE.
EVENTUALLY THEY HAD SENT A MICKEY MOUSE CARPENTER WITHOUT TELLING ME, IN FEBRUARY/MARCH 2024 WHO HAD HALF INSTALL THE THE LOPSIDED FENCE, AND DONE A RUNNER AFTER TAKING MY CASH.

WANDLE HAD SENT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR ROUND TO FINISH OFF THE JOB, BUT HE HAS REFUSED TELLING ME THAT HE WOULD NEED TO STAT AGAIN, BECAUSE THIS CARPENTER HAS BALLS UP THE FENCE. "HE HASN'T A CLUE OF WHAT HE'S DOING."
NOW WILL REQUIRE A 2 MAN JOB, AND HIM STANDING THERE SCRATCHING HIS HEAD AND TAKING PHOTOS.
NOW THIS NEW SUPERVISOR WHO HAD TOLD THE CONTRACTOR THE PREVIOUS MANAGER HAD AUTHORISED THE JOB IS NO LONGER WORKS FOR WANDLE.AND THEY WILL NOT BE FIXING MY FENCE. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE BLOODY NEIGHBOUR WHO CONSTANTLY ATTACKING THE FENCE, WHEN HE'S GOT ONE OF HIS HEADS.

IT'S GOT TO THE STATE THAT I DO NOT WANT ANY OF WANDLE SO CALLED CONTRACTORS IN MY PROPERTY, BECAUSE ALL THEY DO, IS MAKE THE SITUATIONS WORSE!!!

Wandle repair team have been great this year. In the past it has been very hard to get anything sorted with miscommunication etc but this last few months have been top quality service especially from Leigh and Jack. These 2 in my opinion are their best people. They came and did my kitchen cupboards and various things and even promptly reported any other observations they made and fixed in a timely manner. They are so professional and always turn up, are courteous and always ready to assist and keep me informed. They tidy up and ask if i am happy with the work before they go. They even plumbed in the washing machine afterwards. Absolutely top quality these guys. Deserve promotion and a pay rise 100 percent. Thanks guys!!

I‘ve experienced nothing but greatness with the Wandle repair team. I would particularly like to commend Bob N. for his excellent help and determined mindset to resolve issues. Bob is a credit to Wandle hands down.

Recently having two surgeries
one Major, I have now been without a working boiler since 30th December 2022 when Carbon Monoxide was detected. The alarm that suppose to detect the problem didn't go off.

K&T has been out 8-9 times making excuses each time not to be able to fix the boiler for different reasons. Today it was The wrong part that had been ordered, by the same engineer that has been out since December. I moved here in 2001 paying for services. The Rent is now being increased by almost £49 per month FOR WHAT? I still have a bathroom that hasn't been changed since the houses were built in 1999 unable to take a proper shower. Crakes in the wall from the top of the stairs to the lounge, as well as the Pavement leading up to the house. This is due to a tree that was planted by Wandle, that they now say is my responsibility, although Wandle use to have the tree cut back up until 5- 6 years ago. Funny how they send someone occasionally to cut the grass around the tree. At 69 I cannot imagine how they expect me to deal with all this. Maybe I'm expected to hang out of an upstairs window and cut it myself? We have not been able to have the windows open due to squirrels trying to enter the property for years now. When I told Wandle about the Squirrels the women on the line found it funny. None of this is funny to me. I wonder where all the money that I pay Wandle goes, it's certainly not on any repairs that need doing here.
