My niece absolutely loves this…

My niece absolutely loves this gymnastics club! The coaches are incredibly skilled and patient, creating a supportive environment where kids can thrive. She’s made amazing progress, both in her skills and confidence, and always looks forward to her sessions. The facilities are top-notch, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about the kids’ development. Highly recommend this club to anyone looking for a fun and professional gymnastics experience!

I took my two kids to Wandsworth School…

I took my two kids to Wandsworth School of Gymnastics, and it was awesome, the staff were very professional, answered all my questions, and were very helpful and affordable.

Wandsworth Gymnastics and its staff…

Wandsworth Gymnastics and its staff provided exceptional service for my daughter’s birthday party! The coaches were very attentive and children truly enjoyed themselves. Thank you for accommodating us and all of our requests!

Terrible organisation

EDITED TO RESPOND TO UNFOUNDED ACCUSATIONS OR RACISM.

Original Review: Terrible organisation, poor quality teaching, nasty little business. I cancelled for my child after one term, but was continually charged for a year (£675). When I flagged this unlawful charge the business acknowledged the problem but did nothing. I followed up a month later at which point my money was finally refunded, and I received a nasty email having a go at me despite doing nothing wrong. A horrible little business I wouldn't want my kids anywhere near. The team are arrogant and incompetent.

Addendum. In response to the WSG response below. I am happy to confirm the amount was £675. I cancelled the contract Dec 22nd. I continued to be charged (see other review for similar problems) until October 1st the following year. When I brought the issue to the businesses attention on Oct 4th, it was acknowledged and i was told it would be sorted. Nothing happened, no refund, no correspondence. I reiterated the mistake on Oct 27th, at which point I was finally issued my refund. So no. It was not dealt with immediately. During this process i also received abusive emails labelling me 'pathetic', 'sickening', lacking 'integrity' and 'racist' - all for pointing out I had been overcharged. I have not been contacted by the police, but would welcome their contact as the accusations of my racism the business have made are completely unfounded. Again - see other reviews for how this company uses accusations of racism to try and get there customers to remove negative reviews.

Hi James, thank you for providing these details. I understand you wrote multiple reviews about the same issue, which has already been resolved. Our correspondence via email shows that there's nothing outstanding on our part, and that we did our best to act fas prompt as possible.

We kindly ask that you not continue to contact the organisation with threatening and racial remarks. You cancelled your subscription two days before Christmas 2023 and your expectation was to not be charged for January 2024. Our terms and conditions requires a one month's written notice and unfortunately, your request was made days before the next bill date.

We are an inclusive organisation that promotes equality. We do not support racist comments or behaviour. We respect your decision to not allow your children participate in our programmes that welcome all races.

In Reply to the Updated Addendum:
Thank you James for sharing these details. We appreciate your willingness to provide more information to better understand what took place. You are stating that we owe you money and that is incorrect. In your efforts to share this matter on multiple platforms, I want to be sure that we provide a response as well.

You have corrected the amount which you have stated on Google and Trust Pilot that this matter involved £750. Your Google review currently states a different amount from the Trust Pilot review. You have corrected your original review on Trust Pilot when you have already updated the amount in the addendum.

It is in our best efforts to always provide exceptional service to all of our members. Your decision to leave was not a reflection of the service we provided, but who was involved and you made that clear with your verbal racist remarks. We understand that you have your own preference and we have respected that. We ask that you allow our potential members to have their own experience and not provide inaccurate information. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Worst run club I've experienced as a parent

No organization, after joining 3 out of 4 sessions were either cancelled (without notice) or times where changed.

We were not the only parents facing this issue and it was heartbreaking to see our daughter, who is newly into gymnastics and very passionate. Turn up to sessions that were not on when we were not told about it. Very unfair on the children.

At the last session we went to (we managed to catch the last hour, as it started 3 hours earlier than we were told), a few more parents turned up to a session that was unexpectedly not on. The coaches remarked 'Ty needs a PA' and 'We don't even know what times things will be on'.

We were charged £55 at the first session (in cash) and repeatedly refused a refund, despite only owing £15 for insurance - which we were then double charged when we signed up.

After cancelling and requesting a refund (we had paid £240 for 2 sessions), the business denied any wrongdoing, refused a refund (for the cancellations and the overcharging) and we were told we would be charged for the next month due to cancellation terms.

It is crushing to watch your Daughter disappointed and feels close to extortion from a financial perspective.

Hi James,

Thank you for sharing these details regarding your cancellation concern. We only charged you for the insurance, uniform and membership which did not equal to the amount you've stated in your review. We respected your decision to not return to our club.

You missed classes and told us to refund you for your choice to miss the classes. You accepted our terms and conditions when you enrolled in the sessions. Our terms and conditions clearly state that you must cancel your membership one month in advance or you will be billed. Also, we do not accept cash as a form of payment, only direct debit or bank transfer.

We did not take any funds from you due to our error. It is your responsibility to properly cancel your membership. Thank you for providing this feedback.

All is fine until you try to cancel…

All is fine until you try to cancel membership. No answer when you email and the phone number on their website doesn't work. You pay a £40 allegedly refundable deposit when you join but they just take your money. Not professional. Avoid.

BEWARE - card payments taken without consent

After I cancelled our lessons the company continues to deduct payments each month, the company is not responding to me so card company recalling money.
