Purchased custom made sliding mirrored wardrobe doors. I'm a handy DIY-er but never built a fitted wardrobe before.

Advice on the phone was top notch, followed by a seamless ordering experience. Doors were very well priced. Delivered by a very friendly chap who works directly for the company (not a reckless courier) who also gave some fitting tips.

The doors themselves were of the highest quality and the fitting instructions were really clear. Couldn't be happier with the result!

The ordering process and fitting of the doors was extremely easy if you followed the instructions on the web site. The doors were delivered on time by a very helpful driver.

Contacted WardrobeDoors Direct about a replacement for our 20 year old custom fitted wardrobe that had been broken. Adrian their contact, provided a 5 star customer service by helping us to choose the correct fittings and followed up quickly with an email response each time we queried something.

Very happy with the finished new wardrobe now its been installed as it's a much better quality than our previous wardrobe setup.

Now and again you find a standout company that just seems to be a perfect company. Wardrobe Doors Direct is one of those companies, and I will definitely be using them again if I need wardrobe doors or other types of sliding doors. I have been nothing but impressed all throughout my dealings with them. From the beginning - when researching where to get some custom made sliding wardrobe doors, their website is packed full of useful information which was really helpful to me when building the area for the wardrobe (this was the first time I had done it, so it was an invaluable resource for me). Whenever I had any questions, they were super helpful whenever I called them, and always polite, professional, friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable.

I previously ordered some built in wardrobes from a well known company whose name is the opposite of “blunt”s, and I wasn’t happy with my experience. The sales person was pushy (trying to close the sale), the fitter had a very bad attitude, and the design wasn’t the best as there’s a big obstruction at the top of the front so it’s not easy to get things out of the top shelf. After the bad experience I definitely wasn’t going to use them again, so I decided to do the project myself. Wardrobe Doors Direct are not pushy at all. They have never called me just to try and close a sale, so I really appreciate the non-pushy approach of them. Yet they are always on hand when you call them, and very responsive. They have even answered my call when they are technically closed (they probably won’t appreciate me saying that!). Their 10 year warranty is also very reassuring and one of the best warranties that I could find against other competitors who often only gave a 2 or 5 year warranty. I always think if a company offers a long warranty they must have a lot of faith in their product, which sealed the deal for me to go with them.

The delivery was exactly as scheduled, and the delivery driver was friendly and super helpful and even helped me up the stairs with them, although they do say that this is up to driver discretion.

I am still in the middle of installing the doors - the instructions are very easy to understand. I am impressed with how they look, even if they are currently just resting against the wall, waiting to go up at this stage. I will post another update once they are up…

Ordered some full height sliding doors for my utility room to cover up the boiler, cylinder etc.

Went for the basic end of the many designs on offer because it was for a utility rather than a bedroom and DIY fitted. The guides online are excellent and I am very pleased with the results and customer service received.

The pricing was very competitive too compared to other suppliers.

Easy to order, this was confirmed the following day along with delivery date, doors then arrived as promised. Happy with the quality and pretty easy to install (I'm not the best at DIY). Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had to cut the top and bottom tracks myself - I thought the point of ordering made-to-measure doors was to avoid having to do this - not the end of the world, but a little irritating. Otherwise very happy though, price was also good compared to others that I looked at.

Great communication from the company and the free delivery was great and arrived on time.
I'm really pleased with this purchase and would use them again!
