Sam made a couple of visits to do an annual service and replace the fan in my boiler. He was friendly, extremely conscientious, and explained the procedure well. I’ve been using Warmflame for many years and would highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent customer support

We had a great experience with the team at Warmflame. They helped us with a leaking bath tap, a kitchen sink drainage issue, and finding a solution to move our hot water cylinder and pump.

Michelle's communication was excellent throughout, from the initial enquiry to booking and invoicing.

Sam completed the work on the bath tap and kitchen sink to a high standard, was tidy, and explained everything clearly. Mike came up with a solution for relocating our hot water cylinder and pump after another company had told us it wasn't possible.

The engineer came to carry out our yearly boiler service. As usual he took time to thoroughly check, clean and test everything completing a written report before leaving. Always completely satisfied with the service we receive from Warmflame.

Waking up to cold water and no heating is not good, even in Summer (well English version). That was over a week ago.
I started looking frantically for a gas engineer. The few contacts I had and/or found were only available in 2-3 days and more.
Finally I found a recommendation for Warmflame. Called the line, I was greeted with pleasant calm voice, that was Michelle. No empty promises, keen to help. She booked an engineer in for next day.
Sam checked the boiler and identified the problem, water leak. Temporary let it run on my request. Next visit was needed and booked. Ben arrived in few days as the engineers were fully booked.

Ben fixed all issues he could. As it happens to try to fix 1 thing and 10 more just appear.
After all the effort (which was not small) we came to conclusion that we need a new boiler. It wasn’t very surprising as ours is good 15 years old.
I appreciate great customer service, clear pricing and willingness to help.

I contacted Warmflame about replacing a faulty shower and leaking toilet. The whole process from having the initial assessment through to the completion of the job was done very professionally and it was easy to deal with them. A plumbing company that can be trusted to deliver a quality service.

I asked Warmflame to service the boiler at my house. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. My initial enquiry was answered very quickly and an appointment arranged to suit my availability. The engineer who came to service the boiler was very efficient and explained what he had done to sort a small issue. I would recommend Warmflame without hesitation.

Great service from the team this week to change all the radiator valves, two sink taps and get ready to install a new shower. Friendly, professional and incredibly tidy and all whilst I worked from home. Would definitely recommend and I will be using them in future.

I phoned in the morning needing attention to a boiler leak which was not urgent as the boiler was running ok but the leak was not visible. Sam arrived at 16.00 hrs and after a lengthy investigation of boiler and radiators he found the leak and fixed it - Super Service thank you
