Wonderful Customer Service.

Edit: Changed my review to 5 stars. The customer service here is wonderful! You don't get that often. They were really fast with their responses and were very kind. They offered to send a replacement axolotl, so I am very excited to receive a new one.

I bought 3 stuffies a month ago, one as a gift and two for myself. They are so so cute and soft. I was disappointed however when using the axolotl stuffy for the first time. After heating it up and taking it to bed, I didn't know that it had a hole along one of the seams until the next morning. When I woke up there were grains and lavender all over my bed. The cow stuffy I bought is still holding up well, just very disappointed that this happened the first time heating the axolotl. Unsure if it came faulty or what.

Ordered two warmies last year

Ordered two warmies last year. Used them very carefully, only heating for 30-45 seconds-- the tags said to do a minute. Except, these are made of flaxseed and lavender. I was not aware of this at the time of purchase, but neither of these are good at retaining heat, nor do they handle being reheated well.

The lavender and the flaxseed in my warmies went rancid, and it smells like burnt popcorn, so I'm left considering cutting it open to remove the filling and replacing it with lava sand. Except, the seam is hidden on the one that doesn't have a removable one, and this is also the one I use more often.

Very helpful

Absolutely love the warmies. My granddaughter with autism loves the smell and the comfort it gives her. The customer service "Samantha" was the best. Kind curtious and very helpful.

Fantastic products and service

Fantastic products and service! I ordered slippers, which are warm and cozy, and a neck wrap. Everything is beautiful and arrived very quickly. I think everyone on my Christmas list will be getting Warmies this year.

I love Warmies

I love Warmies. The ordering & the delivery was swift and easy. Warmies are a great gift for the kids in my family, the marshmallow bears are favorites for my niece and nephews.

Also I have gotten myself two Warmies so far! The bat and the bobcat were just for me! Very soothing when I have migraines.

I bought this for younger sister …

I bought this for younger sister who is going through the beginning of breast cancer. Just feeling that the warmth and the weight of it might help her to calm any pain she might have. Also love that you can put in freezer also thought that it can serve as a radiation and chemo companion. I since have bought one for myself can't wait to get it. Thank you Julie

Great product and great company!

They had a new one out and delivered in TWO days!

Service was prompt and fixed issue immediately. I have bought at least 8 of them now. They are great gifts!

Amazing as always

Poor packaging

I just received my order today so I can't comment on the lasting quality of the Warmies. I bought them for my grandchildren for Easter so I won't know for a few weeks but I hope the quality of the Warmies are better than the quality of the shipping. I purchased 3 and they were basically thrown in to a cardboard box, no plastic or paper wrapping just the Warmies in a box. For an item that I would expect my grandchildren will be sleeping with I would have preferred them to have been package in a better more sanitary way. Really confusing and disappointing. Certainly something I will consider for any possible future orders.

I was quite surprised when i got the three warmies sent to me with only the box. No tissue no plastic just stuffed in a box. These are cute but they lost value to me as if nobody cared and just threw in an empty box

Horrible promotion

I would like to express how disappointed I am in my promotional gift. I would have used a different discount had I known that I would be sent a water bottle and slippers these are products that my child or I would never have used I'd be happy to return them. I feel like I am stuck with disposing of them.
