I love this Snoopy Warmies. It is large enough to cover the areas I need to get the heat and the weight is perfect for both my neck muscles and my knee. I could not ask for a more perfect companion!

I love how soft they are. The one that I gave my 8year old tore a seam already. I gave it to her this morning and within the hour it ripped. I had to sew it shut. Otherwise they are great. Just a lot of money to be busting apart within an hour.

The warmies arrived on time. They were a big hit with the grandkids for Valentine’s Day!

I gave my nephew a sloth warmies as a gift and got an eye mask for myself. My nephew LOVES his sloth (my sister says he asks for it to be heated every day for "morning snuggles" lol). My eye mask is really good for headaches and eye strain because you can heat it or put it in the freezer. Great experience all around.

A friend of mine had a warmie that she uses for her cramps. I got one and it's the best, I warm it up and lay it on my stomach and it really soothes all my discomfort! Great for the winter months too.

Easy to use website with lots of amazing options for heatable stuffed animals which have ended up making sleep time Soooooo much better for my lettle ones. Thank you Warmies! I think we have six now. Love Snoopy and the Pink Sloth, so cute.

I am trying to return a damaged product and have not gotten an email back after a week

When my Warmies came, the post office had crushed the box good. After inspecting it I found my new friend did have a small hole/tear. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful, and sent another one right away. Great experience, and love my new cozy friend!

Genuinely one of the laziest and worst customer service experiences I've had. I've recently ordered a warmies plushie for my girlfriend as part of an early valentines day gift. She didn't like the scent and offered to return the plushie. We started the process and have emailed the company a total of 4 times. Zero follow up emails lol. Every customer response I've read from warmies so far on Trustpilot has been "Contact our customer service" lmao what a joke. Good for them though. I would be robbing people too if it were that easy.

Quick turnaround, packaged really well, and love the product!! I own so many, I've lost count. They are just the right size and are perfect weight, hold the heat well, and are beyond cute! They are sewn really well and still maintain their shape after being heated in the microwave I've slept with them myself and they hold their heat all night long. They help me get a good night's sleep.

The Giraffe Warmie is great! Quality is excellent. Shipping was fast, ordering was easy.

My Warmies (I ordered the jr monkey and axolotl) came thrown in the shipping box, not even protected in a bag or wrapped. My axolotl was completely coming apart. The side of it and the leg were not stitched close. The beads inside were spilling out and all over in the box. I reached out to customer service 2 weeks ago explaining the situation and providing pictures but I still have not heard back. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend ordering anything from Warmies. They clearly don’t take pride in their product (throwing it in a box) and they have poor customer service. I would give 0/5 stars if I could. It was a waste of $40.

The warmies I purchased were adorable. I can not wait to give them to my girls (19 & 25) for Valentines Day. They are going to love them. I was not happy with one of the ones I originally purchased, but the company was very responsive with a quick refund. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Got notified when the item I was looking for became available again. It’s so cute and cozy! Love my little peanut warmies.

I placed an order for 4 items but only recieved 2. I was charged for all 4. I sent two emails about the issue but never heard anything. The items recieved are great but I wish I had my full order.

Thank you for sending out the full order. It was for a Christmas present but your products are amazing so the recipients will be thrilled.

I bought several warmies from them. in several orders. they are showed up quick. i have loved every single one i have gotten. they are so soft they hold the heat a long time I even got some for my husband and he's now using them as well. his neck started hurting a few days ago and he's in love with the neck warmies. I'm so please with everything I can't stop ordering I'm sure by now I have over 20 of their items in my stash and more on the way
