Jess is incredibly easy to deal with, and always gets back to you straight away if you have any queries or problems. She never makes you feel stupid, so if say you're struggling with an update to your website in some way, she will generally just fix things in minutes at no extra charge, rather than giving you a list of technical instructions to follow that you cannot possibly understand (as our previous web host did). The website took longer to set up than we had anticipated, probably because we were so particular about the way it looked and worked, but once up and running the service was excellent.
