Easy site to navigate. Have throw rugs for at least 5 years now and they still look like new! Very good quality! And I have 4 cats so that’s saying something :).

The runners I received this time were not as well made as ones I bought a couple of years ago. The rubber is not nearly as thick.

The rugs were delivered within days of the order. Love the quality and they are perfect for baths, kitchens, etc. Having the option to wash and dry is a big plus!

I missed a sale price by 1 day
I missed a sale price by 1 day, and I was very nicely given the sale price anyway. I also used my first time buyer 10% discount, but that was taken away when they refunded my money for the sale price. I should have been refunded $9.90, but was only refunded $6.61, which means the first time buyer discount was taken away.
When I brought this to their attention, they promptly fixed the error and refunded my money.

Great rugs for wood floors, easy to live with.
I love these rugs because they do not need a rug pad, they are easy to wash and also vacuum up well. We have wood floors and need rugs to protect the floors in the kitchen area by the sink, dishwasher and other spots. Another thing I like is the low profile of these rugs.

Unable to change credit card information
The website was easy, but when it came to paying, it had my credit card number in there, which was no longer valid because it was compromised. I tried to change it several times, but I couldn’t. When I hit placed order, it took my old credit card number, which I don’t think will work. Not customer friendly! I don’t complain about anything, but this was frustrating.

I love these mats
I love these mats. I have little dogs that have accidents. These mats go right and the wash machine and clean up perfectly. I’ve had them for years and they look as good now (after many washings) as they did brand new. Highly recommend for pet owebers!
