Hi ootti,
I remember you. Your review tells a different story than the actual events that happened.
Firstly, the only communication you had with me were two sentences in which you told me in an entitled manner that you wanted a refund because you had to pay "extra shipping costs" so you declined the costs. I asked you if you meant customs fees and you replied with "correct". I proceeded to explain to you that as per my shipping policy, any customs fees and duties are to be paid by the customer. Many stores all over the world operate this way. It's listed in many spots on my store that I'm located in Canada. You are in the Netherlands. I then told you that once the product is returned back to me, I can issue you a refund for the product. I didn't hear back from you and the next morning on Christmas day, you opened up a chargeback with your bank for the order, which causes even further charges on my end. So because you didn't read the shipping policy, you put blame on me instead and caused a business loss for me.
As for the order taking a long time (which you never said anything about in our e-mails) - this was during the Canada Post Strike which lasted 32 days here in Canada. It caused shipping chaos for all Canadian businesses and I had a note about it on my store page, so that wasn't my fault at all, nor was it a secret.
