Excellent customer services and great prices
I filled out an online enquiry at 10pm. Less than 12 hours later I’d had a call back from Keegan with various quotes for me to choose from. He was extremely polite and accommodating to our businesses needs. Keegan didn’t push me into signing up right away and gave me time to speak to the company director before deciding which quote we’d like to sign a contract for. He explained the contract thoroughly and made sure there were no hidden costs for us. Keegan’s customer service skills were excellent and we are extremely happy with the service provided so far. I am very pleased we didn’t go with the first company we had a quote from as Keegan was able to get one of the leading waste disposal providers to provide us services for 1/3 of the cost we were originally quoted. Very happy 10/10 would recommend and will use again for any future business expansions.

Can't recommend enough!!
We decided to use Waste Basics after we had a lot of waste after a busy period.
They were very professional, knowledgable and helpful.
They came to collect our waste in a quick period of time and left our place of work immaculate.
