Hello, I was referred to Nathan by Tom from Ramsdens as I needed an urgent repair to the Omega DeVille my daughter gifted to her Groom last Saturday at their wedding. I wanted the watch fixed so I could then drive it to Epsom in time for them leaving for Honeymoon..

Nathan took the watch and reassured me he could help and he wasn’t wrong: within 30 minutes he completed a FREE diagnosis and 45 minutes later I was desperately trying to overpay him for his kindness, efficiency and effectiveness..

The watch is restored to perfect operation that is warranted for a year. My Son in Law will wear this watch during his honeymoon and mum and I will be grateful to Nathan at Watch Hub for saving the day.

Great communication to ensure my G-Shock mudmaster would have battery replacement and waterproof resealing. Posted on the Thursday, phone call on Friday to confirm receipt of the watch and later that the work had been completed, received the watch back today Monday, outstanding speed and service. Will use again in the future. Outstanding 👌

Went in to have a link removed from watch bracelet, and a new battery fitted. Service was spot on would definitely recommend them.

I wanted a leather strap fitted to my Dunhill watch (which had a metal bracelet). Dunhill told me it couldn't be done because of the design of the case. I contacted Watch Hub who told me they could make the required modification and a week later the watch was returned complete with a leather strap. Excellent service at a very good price. Highly recommended.
