Fantastic supplier of hard to find needs
Had what I needed for a great price - including postage was still cheaper than competitors. Extremely fast turn around - order to post 24 hours, receival 3 days later (Aust Post delay)

Great customer service
Great customer service. I purchased my first waterbed from Mr Waterbed and have since purchased another 2 for my children. They are always prompt with delivery. Would definitely recommend buying a bed from them.

Satisfied customer
After my order and payment, I was immediately contacted and advised that there would be a delay as the manufacturer was on holidays. Although this was not really ideal, everyone is entitled to have holidays. I accepted their apology and am looking forward to receiving my bed soon. I was also able to confirm my order over the phone with a quick chat knowing I am getting what I wanted. I don't expect any problems with the delivery or the quality of the product.
