I was keen to have a waterbed similar to my old one.
I was keen to have a waterbed similar to one I bought 30 years ago. I was advised by somebody who had been in the business for 40 years! who knew all about it. He also gave me good advice on the new one which is much nicer and better construction than the old.

The response to our order was good and the honesty to partial refund delivery cost was out-standing. That is where it stopped. Still waiting for delivery or even to find out where our purchase is.

My waterbed bladder sprung a leak
My waterbed bladder sprung a leak on Sunday tried all stores in my area interstate.
My son came to help me find a new one also empty it.
We sent Ben an email he got back to me next day and had it packed up and at the post office Monday by Thursday night it was up and running again.
Much better quality than my original one so from now on will be using ,Mr Waterbed for all my beds needs .
So thank you Ben very very happy .

Received the best customer service from Ben, when I called him to ask about delivery timeframe (I live interstate), He was so friendly, and my pillow arrived the day before I went on a trip - Happy! Would recommend.
