What appears as a potentially great product range is absolutely killed by the customer service. Seeing the order status “unfulfilled “ after a week, when it supposed to be delivered no later than within 8 days (promising 2 days) I tried to find out what’s wrong. Contact via the website form wasn’t great as the information needed in the form doesn’t populate automatically and the only workaround is to open the order details in a separate tab/window. After 2 days, they got back to me informing the product is out of stock! I agreed to wait the proposed week in which they claimed product will be back in stock and sent. This on its own wasn’t a great start. Week passed, no update, order still unfulfilled. Another contact made with the reply stating they will ship it soon and offering 10% discount on my next order (I asked for some compensation for the situation). After weeks of waiting for my order- placed 19 February, multiple attempts to communicate to find out why it still wasn’t delivered, I asked for a refund today - 13 March. Again through the dubious online form, but now I was ready and had the information open in another tab. The conclusion: Waterdrop products are quite good and solid value for the price, but ordering directly from their website is absolutely pointless. Perhaps the “too good to be true” when seeing their promotions does apply. I suggest, if you are looking for the products, look elsewhere.

I'd like to review the water filter, but my main feedback is never, ever order direct from the Waterdrop website even when it looks like a better deal. Equivalent deals will cycle to other sellers like Amazon based on my observations while I wait for delivery. It's been a very long time coming considering their estimates and the plumber came and went. The product may be great - if we ever see it

Dreadful customer service. There is no way to call this company and when they eventually get round to replying to your email it doesn’t solve the problem at all. Also there is a massive delay in getting the product

Found that the inline filter to the tap reduced pressure massively. The water felt no different and still getting limescale so was removed after 2 months. Useless product.

Do not order from this company, they do not respond to emails and have no UK address for service so you cannot sue (and they cannot legally trade in the UK).

Avoid before you make an expensive mistake!!
