Waterpik Flosser Cordless unit - tip clicks in but then pops out under water pressure. Tried to contact customer service and went through all the options to press numbers. Ended up sitting on hold and finally gave up waiting.

I bought The Sonic 2.0 Waterpik less than 3 years ago. The brush stopped recharging and I reached out to the Waterpik company, as it is supposed to be under warranty as noted in the registration warranty I purchased less than 3 years ago. I was told the warranty does not apply because I don't have the original recipe, even though I have proof of registration with the date of purchase as confirmed by the Waterpik. This is unacceptable and unethical.

So sad, I bet I’ve had 4 or 5 over a five year period, all have failed in less than 6 months. I baby the unit, keep it clean, etc. just stops, either the brush or water flosser.

Ich habe mir bei Amazon die waterpik cordless "waterflosser"-Munddusche bestellt. Trotz intensivster Recherche (youtube-videos!!) und dem richtigen Equipment ist es mir nicht gelungen, den Akku aufzuladen. Ein Anruf beim Kundenservice waterpik Deutschland war absolut desaströs. Keine Infos, keine Ratschläge. Nur eine Aussage wurde übermittelt. Ich soll mich an Amazon wenden.

I have the WP-100 Waterpik, countertop flosser. Never again. The reservoir drips/pours water when removing from machine for refilling and replacing. A new 'valve' (sent from Waterpik) fixes it, for a couple of weeks. then have to keep calling to get new valvies. Waterpik evidently knows its a problem since their instructions say to call for free replacements when it fails. (How about designing a valve that doesn't fail?) I have replaced the valve and 2 weeks later it is dripping again. Over and over. Waterpik has a list of things to accuse the user of doing to escape responsibility for bad design (hard water?not cleaning with vinegar solution every few weeks? not emptying reservoir after every use (and then waiting for unit to re-prime itself after filling)? cleaning in dishwasher?, etc. etc.) I had an older version of this Waterpik for years without having this issue. No more Waterpik for me.

I have had 2 waterpik cordless in the past 2 years. I dropped the first - on a carpet! - a fall of about 3 feet and it stopped working. Yesterday the replacement rolled from the side of a sink into the sink basin - and promptly stopped working. Pretty shoddy and not what i would expect for the kind of money each cost. I did not retain receipts (who does after 6 months?) and so can not claim. But twice bitten,. definitely now shy and will look elsewhere for a different brand

I got this as a promo from my dentist (Deep clean special with this waterpik brush and cleaning set). It was DOA and waterpik would not honor their warranty saying I must have an invoice showing the purchase with the serial number. I do have a dentist invoice showing it was a recent promo but I guess it’s not good enough for waterpik. I asked my dentist whether they make the receipt but she said it was part of a joint promotion so these are directly from waterpik. I guess waterpik wanted to promote their product with the dentists, but surely they got what they wanted. THE WORST REPUTATION.

I bought a Waterpik Complete Care 5.0 in 8/24 and the toothbrush recently stopped working despite having a full charge. After submitting my sales receipt to customer service I was told the warranty would not be honored because I did not buy the unit from one of their approved sellers.

My experience is, that their water jet flosser is excellent and has made a day and night improvement to my oral health, especially the gums. But also that my unit had a fault.. and I know that these type of products regardless of brand tend to die.. likely due to electricity and water - but after only a few back and forth emails on trying to fix it, Waterpik sent me a brand new unit for next day shipping. Customer service were not only very friendly and polite, but clear and reasonable - this was all months after my original purchase.. I didn’t expect a good experience with after-sales. The new unit has been going strong for months and am extremely happy. Couldn’t be happier.

After only 10 months, my Waterpik Cordless Advanced Waterflosser is already defective. (Pump no longer works) The German support is a disaster.

L' idropulsore "Waterpik Dental Water" acquistato a fine giugno 2024, si è rilevato un autentico "bidone"
l'interruttore di accensione è già rotto e il serbatoio perde acqua per la mancata tenuta della guarnizione.
Inoltre, la dotazione degli spazzolini non è adeguata al lavoro che deve svolgere.
IN QUESTI GIORNI STO SCOPRENDO CHE NON ESISTE UN'ASSISTENZA IN EUROPA MA OCCOREREBBE INVIARE IL PRODOTTO NEGLI STATI UNITI!!!!

Ich habe mir die Waterpik WP-100 Ultra bei einer Apotheke bestellt und heute bekommen. Bin gar nicht damit zufrieden. Selbst in der höchsten Einstellung 10 spürt man kaum den Wasserdruck. Da ist ja das hin- und herspülen im Mund stärker. Dieses Gerät kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe eine kabellose Waterpik Munddusche vor 4 Jahren gekauft. Nach 23 Monaten war sie defekt und wurde von Waterpik im Rahmen der Garantie ersetzt. Das gelieferte gleiche Ersatzmodell war nach 25 Monaten jetzt defekt. Garantie ein Monat abgelaufen. Meine Erfahrung: Die Funktion der Geräte ist gut, die Qualität das Gegenteil.

I now have 2 water flossers and each cannot charge as connection has corroded.

My Waterpik Water Flosser, Model WP-580 Series does not charge. A blue light blinks for a few seconds and shuts off. I had it for 11 months. I would love a replacement.

I loved the product, my waterflosser made by water pick. Until I was rinsing it and out of the handle comes black and green and mushy gook!, I wish I could send pictures, I was so disgusted. so I thought maybe it was just in the handle so I unscrewed it and went into the inside and every where on the inside that was the mechanics of it that’s where it all of the Gook was coming from. I don’t know if the mechanical part has anything to do with the water that goes in my mouth. but I’d like to know if this is normal water pic email me!!!!!!!!!

The Waterpik water flosser is quite good but has a few design and/or manufacturing issues, as evidenced by the many online posts that describe the same types of problems that I encountered.
However, their customer service is excellent! A quick phone call (answered by a human!) and they resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly.

Takes up less space than regular water piks. However, If u buy a travel cordless be careful some come with charger usb cord, but no adapter.U need a 5V 1amp adapter.
Get all white. Hard to see water line on the blue. Where u put water in very small. Water lasts abt 45 seconds then u need to refill.

Excellent customer service. Very pleasant and helpful. They stand behind their products. They were going to send me a replacement part and were not sure that would work. Was pleasantly surprised When I received a new unit and it was out of warranty. Superior company!

Don't trust Waterpik's rebate promise. Also, product doesn't work well. Very disappointing company.
