Easy ordering process. Quick delivery. Packaged lovely with a 'thank you' from the seller. The cups were gorgeous! Love the colours and how good quality they are. Only slight issue was that a small label was stuck to each cup. Had a bit of difficulty removing, but adhesive came off with sticky stuff remover. Would definitely purchase from WaterHaus again, and highly recommend! Thank you

Lovely items and well packaged.
The only downside was the dispatch time and then ended up arriving while we were away and ended up being left in storage shed for days. Other than that lovely items lovely seller.

I ordered my Flowers on the 28th May and it says on the site you will receive them in I think 7/9 days which is fair enough when a lot of work goes into making these things and my surprise I recieved them on the 2nd of June all well packaged and in good order.

We bought a chunky knit blanket and four vases.The hand knitted blanket is gorgeous and the vases are adorable and were super affordable! Customer service was fab, I was able to collect the order from Kristan as I live not far from Devizes. Would highly recommend!
