I have used waterstone for cosurvaying. My case was dealt by Honey Shakeri. It was a nice pleaser to deal with her. Everything went very smooth and she kept me updated in every stage. I will use ther services again if i need them in the future.

Waterstone Legal got the job done but I would not use them again.
There were a few issues during the transaction which caused me anxiety and my allocated solicitor was on leave and assured me there would be cover while they were away and gave me the name. However the covering solicitor didn't contact me, didn't follow up when I had been told they would and were aggressive when I chased them.
The office phone was frequently not answered and when I escalated to a senior partner, I was promised it would be dealt with and he would call me back. He didn't despite me chasing multiple times. My original solicitor then returned from leave and picked the case up again. I asked 3 times to make a formal complaint and after a couple of months and lots of chasing they said there wasn't an issue as I hadn't lost out or delayed the transaction.
It wasn't the work that they did on the transaction that was the issue, it was the disregard they had for me as a buyer and how unbelievably rude they were when I questioned why they hadn't taken the agreed actions when my solictor was on leave.
