Scam, never got the product
Ordered a sweater, the order was confirmed and my money taken, however the product never came. Half of the site leads to error 404 (track order page does too) and they never answered to my mails and dm's in Instagram. DON'T GET FOOLED.

After patiently waiting for an order I…
After patiently waiting for an order I placed on 07/25/23, I check the status as I do via shop everyday and saw that the order was canceled. No explanation just canceled. I went back to the site and both shirts I placed my order for are still reflecting as available to purchase. What happened? Can you guys share some insight? Order#951629WS, thanks

Hey Aaron! a refund was processed on the 9th of January due to the piece being out of stock.
Please contact us in Instagram or email as soon as possible at your convenience to further rectify the issue. We would provide all transaction number and refund tracking status and everything else needed to look into the issue. Please go through your bank statement to see if you can find the refund, we will make sure to take this higher authorities if you are not able to find this transaction.

You ordered your package on the 16th of December, your package shipped out on the 20th, it tkaes 1-3 (business days) to get shipped out and 3-14 days to be delivered. You have emailed us on multiple occasions and we have gotten back to you. We have told you your estimated delivery date as your order is still in line for delivery, we gave you tracking to track your order, yet you still give us 1 review. If you paid for 3-14 business days of shipping, that is what you get.
