Very nice and wonderful experience of Dolomites hiking. Thanks to our guide Khai～

It has been my 6th times following Backpackhai for her hiking adventures. As alway, we are being cared for in every details during the while journey. The hotels and food are carefully chosen allowing us to have a full rest between our hikes to enjoy fully the beautiful scenery with all our strength without reservations about not being able to have a good sleep. The routes are also carefully chosen and the lengths are just fit to our strengths. The French Guide Emmanuel is really good and tender in keeping with a good pace and tempo during the trekking. I can follow the pace of the team even at my age of 60s. Overall, it is a real terrific experience exploring Dolomites. I and my wife will definitely follow Khai's team for her future adventures.

這次Langtang旅程非常難忘開心，看到很美的雪山，整個團的安排很好，由落機到住宿、膳食等完全不用擔心，領隊、導遊、背夫每個人都很友善細心，留意每個團友的需要，讓大家順利完成！

Waygo team was professional, they brief everything before the journey start. There was no tension along the tour, except pushing own physical & psychology to the maximum limit and very very very tiring for me. Hope I didn’t give you guys any trouble but definitely will come back again.

It’s been my third time hiking with them. Khai is really nice and kind group leader. Feel at ease every trip with them. Looking forward to meet again future hike🥰

I am beyond disappointed with the experience I’ve had with their company: TMB-Way. I booked a TMB trek scheduled for July, having completed my registration and payment back in January.

Unfortunately, I encountered a scheduling conflict in March and reached out immediately to resolve it. Since then, the experience has been a nightmare of total silence:

- Ignored Requests: I sent multiple emails asking to switch to other available dates listed on their website. I received zero response.

- Refund Policy Violation: After being ignored, I requested a refund. Their own policy states a 50% refund is available for cancellations made more than 60 days before departure. Again, I received no reply.

- Broken Contact Info: I attempted to contact the alternative email provided online (their outlook email), only to find that the email address is completely non-functional. And I leave message via "Contact Us" on their website and got no reponse as well.

- Intentional Avoidance: What makes this worse is that their primary Gmail address clearly works—they were quick to reply when I was confirming my initial payment. Now that I need support or a refund, they have intentionally stopped responding to my emails and website messages.

It is unacceptable for a travel company to "ghost" their customers after taking their money. If you value communication and reliability, I strongly suggest booking your TMB tour elsewhere. Avoid TMB-Way and Waygo Outdoor.

I've recently completed the Tour du Mont Blanc with Khai leading the group. I'm still in disbelieved that I've managed to complete it as this is my first time doing multi day hikes.

Khai has been supportive and comforting in equal measure during the trip to help newbies like me ease into the hike without feeling overwhelmed.

Such a good experiences.
Well organized and the pacing was perfect, small group size made me feel personal. One of my best trips I’ve ever take.
