Great product, less pleasant experience with actually obtaining it

Update: Not an hour after I hit post, I got an email. Apparently my package got lost, which does happen. They're sending me the item, and I'm very glad for the quick turnaround! Raising the stars to reflect this

I appreciate the product, but I'm having some trouble with the order I placed for a We-Vibe Tango on the 8th of April. The tracking information says a label was created on the 9th, but as of the 16th, it still hasn't sent. I didn't even receive a tracking number until I reached out to customer service. I got a reply two days sooner than the estimated 5-7 day waiting period, which I definitely appreciate, but I even paid for express shipping because I was so excited to receive the order. As of now, I've been given an estimate of another 5-7 days to wait for a response asking if the item has been shipped, or when it will be if not. I'm definitely not thrilled about the waiting time, but as long as this is a fluke and not a regular practice of the company, I'm still leaving two stars, because the products are solid. I definitely would appreciate a more prompt response time in cases where shipments are being delayed like this

Far too noisy

Researched for a long time before ordering this premium, expensive product. It’s fair to say that I haven’t used it extensively yet but my initial impression is that it’s very strong and far too noisy. Sounds like a tractor, which is not conducive to an enjoyable experience. Disappointed but hopefully my opinion will change once I’m more familiar with it. I suspect the noise will still be an issue though.

On the second use it broke

On the second use it broke, the silicone ring portion just tore apart…now we can’t use it.

It's been 11 days since I purchased from we-vibe.com and the items have not been shipped out yet. I've sent a message to customer service no reply. No direct phone number to call for issues. No live agent. I have purchased before with no issues. Not sure why I am not getting help. This was supposed to be a bachelorette gift for saturday.

The vibrations weren’t strong enough

The vibrations weren’t strong enough. I repurchased the original for years and was hesitant to try this new model. I use it on my clit normally as I don’t orgasm through vaginal stimulation and the older model was the only thing that ever brought me to climax. I’ve tried many other toys specifically for the clit however none ever worked and my hopes just got smaller. Was really looking forward to this one but unfortunately no luck

doesn't work without the app

It works with the phone app, but can't get it to work on it's own. I don't want to be on my phone while with my partner

I have 2 complaints

I have 2 complaints: the flat ring design underneath is really uncomfortable for me, and the opening itself is too small. I don't consider the base of my unit to be especially big at 4 1/2", and yes, I've had a couple of rings of different designs though this is my first couples setup. I have used it with my partner to her satisfaction, just not whilst on me. The unit itself is well designed, ergonomically speaking, and it has lots of vibrating options with which to mess around.

I previously ordered a Nova rabbit…and it was great

I previously ordered a Nova rabbit vibrator for my wife several years ago. It was without question the greatest sex toy that she has ever owned. Unfortunately, after years of use, the battery wasn't able to fully charge anymore. I recently ordered my wife a new Nova vibrator to replace the original device. I am pleased to say that the new Nova vibrator causes as many, if not more, orgasms than previously experienced. The only downside to the new device is that it no longer has the flexible G-spot arm. Aside from that I would still rate the Nova rabbit vibrator as the best of the best
