Really impressed with this solution to single-use packaging. Usually bring my own cup but had forgotten and used Cauli in the office. Was able to tap my card to rent a reusable cup and then tap-to-return later that day. Smooth transaction, will definitely be using again to save having to lug containers to and from the house!

I’ve been using Cauli for over three years now, and it’s made sustainable takeaways so simple and convenient. The app is super easy to use- I just borrow a reusable container using their app, enjoy my meal, and return it hassle-free to one of the return drop boxes in the office. The containers are durable and reliable, and in all this time, I’ve never had any issues. Plus, the loyalty points system is a great bonus, rewarding me with points every time I borrow and return a container, which makes me feel good about choosing a greener option.
What I love most about Cauli is knowing I’m making a real impact- each container can be reused hundreds of times and drastically reduces single-use packaging waste. It’s amazing to be part of a community that’s saving millions of disposable containers from landfill. Cauli has truly made sustainable living easy and rewarding, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone wanting to reduce their environmental footprint without any extra hassle.

No signage at point of sail.

After an Initial bad experience with Cauli, I am happy to say that the problems I incurred have been fully resolved.
Going forward Cauli will ensure correct signage and information is displayed and available at all sales points.
I can only say thank you to Zuzana for her professional help and quick manor in dealing with the problems that had arisen.
