Awful, awful experience with this company. From our experience it is hard to believe that this is the same company that has so many good reviews.
They were incompetent, lied to me and made the whole experience more complicated than it needed to be, almost losing the house purchase.
They NEVER sent me an accurate bill, in the end I just adjusted it and paid what I owed
They confused/confounded and pissed off EVERYONE that was involved.
I would STRONGLY advise you to use someone else.

We have just dealt with Clarity during the transfer of equity on our property which had lots of different factors to contend with. Teodora was amazing throughout, so personable, knowledgeable and we had no problems with communication with her. Whenever we needed her she was there and completed the transaction very nearly within the timescale we needed, we were a little over but that was due to the other parties solicitors/conveyancer not Teodora herself. We would not think twice about using Clarity and Teodora again! We have used other solicitors in the past that have been truly poor at communicating and responding and cost us time and money in the long run. But this was not the case this time so glad we found Clarity, couldn’t be more grateful that Teodora made our journey with them so stress free! Thank you again, Lucy and James ☺️

During my HTB redemption process I worked with Clarity, especially with Teodora. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She responded to all of my emails almost in minutes. She was always available to help. They made the whole process very smooth and easy. Thanks to them it was stress free.

Used Clarity third time, absolutely satisfied and thankful to the team and specially to Theodora. Communications were on top, as well a lot of explanations through the legal enquiries have been done.

Please do not waste your time or money with these absolutely unprofessional and rude people! Ridiculous lack of knowledge, support or client care!Failed to respond to communications, fail to contact you when repeatedly requested to, and when desperately in need of some prompt advice, support or action they just give up on your case like 6 months of paperwork and investigation weren’t enough for these people! They waisted our time and energy completely without any valid reason as they were asking for some ridiculous proof of 12 years ago even though explained and provided everything in details!! Whoever learned about our case they honestly were shocked how badly they failed us! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!And if they do bother to respond to a communication (which in our experience is highly unlikely as it took 3+weeks) the response is inaccurate,confusing or doesn’t make any logical sense! Please save your self the hardest time, your energy and money and do some research before letting these people represent you anywhere, especially Louise!!
As first time buyers they opened our eyes for next time, to never trust recommendations but do our searches and find the right people!

Repeat customer and would certainly recommend Clarity to friends and family for property conveyancing. Helpful and professional, questions were answered promptly and updates were easy to follow.

Clarity were recommended to us by two estate agents, and they were right. Clarity did the conveyancing for us when buying and selling properties in Milton Keynes and they did an excellent job. All our questions were answered promptly, they kept the process moving forward steadily, and they dealt with issues quickly and effectively. We'd recommend them to anyone needing conveyancing work done.

With a probate house sale that took 4 attempts, a flat purchase in parallel, and additional business or market factors slowing the process, the past 18 months have proved difficult on occasions!
