Love the product and packaging - great idea and saves plastic waste

Order was initially delivered incorrectly.
Emailed customer service, not hugely empathetic or apologetic but sent out the missing item.
Appalled at the packaging of said missing item. Not at all discreet. Just a pair of period pants with a postage sticker on.

Can't yet speak of the actual function of said pants.
Fit true to size and decent quality.
Overall really disappointing experience.

Edit: since initial review I have been emailed to tell me I'm wrong and discretion shouldn't be used as periods are not shameful and an apology was given.
This, along with the incorrect spelling of my name proves the lack of attention to detail.
I said very little apology was given, not no apology. And discretion should be used not because periods are shameful but because I don't want my postman knowing the size and type of underwear I wear.
From this email, the review has gone down as the customer service is terrible.

The period pants - I chose the boxer style option - are so comfortable and it's brilliant to not have to think about my period! Would highly recommend and will definitely be getting another pair!

The pads are great but they made a mistake with one of my items. I sent an email and never got a response.
Edited: they contacted me to sort the mistake 3 weeks later but they sorted it and apologised for taking so long to get back.
I really recommend the pads.

Great, responsive customer service from a very helpful customer service team who were quick to answer any of my queries. Clearly very knowledgable about their products

I was given an order confirmation order number, told my order was on the way after paying for 2-3 day shipping and nothing happened. This seems ambitious with a company shipping from the UK. Multiple attempts to reach customer service through their website went nowhere. I never received a notice that they had even seen my attempts to contact them. The only way to submit a compliant is via their Contact Us page where there's no number to call. Luckily I kept my order email which I used to submit a compliant which was answered. I had such high hopes given all the previous reviews and sustainability platforms rating DAME so highly.
Since receiving the product, my wife has been pleased with the pads. They are comfortable, easy to clean, and convenient. Hopefully they can sort their customer service issue with international shipping.

Products were fine, no issues on that front. However, when I attempted to cancel my subscriptions an issue with their website meant I couldn't scroll to the cancel button. I sent them a message via their 'contact us' form and they replied saying the website issue was fixed and they had cancelled by subscription. I was then charged and when logging in, could see it was my subscription was still active. They have since stopped replying to my emails and haven't been able to cancel or provide a refund for the order I didn't place. I understand website issue happen, but the lying about the cancellation and radio silence is a bit shady.

Great to see a company offering sustainable, comfortable and non-toxic alternatives to traditional period products. They have provided lots of options to disposable plastic applicators and plastic-lined disposable pads. I think it's great.

Once I opened my mind to these pads I was pleasantly surprised. After going through all the feelings of whether would they be more hassle than they were worth, I found them to be comfortable and didn't leak. It's worth noting you need quite a few as obviously each pad has to be washed and, depending on your flow you need quite a few. Once used rinse them out and pop them in a washbag or bucket until they can go into your normal wash. They have a handy little fastener to hold them in place when in your underwear.

Easy to use, greener alternative. It's very simple and efficient to operate. It appears durable and makes for a greener alternative to the disposable ones.

A company that is making good quality products that are kinder to the planet. I like the innovation too.

Interesting concept to use reusable liners instead of the single use ones and to be fair I have never tried a product like this. I think it's a great product for me who uses them very occasionally as I have minimal to no flow on my average days. However if someone needs liners regularly it's probably a good investment, but they might need to buy 5+ of these if they don't want to keep washing them.
Also on the same note I don't have the stomach to use the period version of this because I can't stand the sight of blood and wouldn't put these with my regular clothes as I would be afraid it ruins them. Overall I think liners are genius idea and would keep using them for now but would personally stay away from the reusable period products overall.

I've tried a few different products now and I feel like each one solves a different problem,.

Menstrual cup I like for the heavy days where I can just forget about it and be out all day. I sometimes wear it with the period pants for extra protection.

The thong pants are good when you don't want vpl and they are good for lighter days on their own or extra protection with the cup. I like them in the gym because my leggings are tight and the typical period pants give the nappy affect.

My new favourite is the interlabial reusable pads. It sounded a bit pointless but I thought I'd try them and actually they solve the problem of when you don't want to use an entire tampon or have to deal with the menstual cup, but when you just need something for the very last day of your cycle. Also prevents overwashing of the period pants so they can last even longer.

Brought these online from the supermarket. Great initiative, easy to use and clean. Comfortable to wear. Looks to be long-lasting.

This is comfortable to use and handy to pop in your bag for those unexpected periods. It does have a good absorbency, but it's not suitable for overnight as there's nothing to secure it in place and I found that it twists around; hence my 4 stars.

Life changing menstrual cup!! Self cleaning between uses so I don’t have to sanitise it or boil on the hob like a previous one I used. Also comfortable and perfect for my heavy periods. Glad I have a reliable option for swimming in the sea when I next go on holiday.

I love trying out new eco products, so was keen to try out eco period products. The reusable pad was very small, but absorbent. It is kept in place with a press-stud on the 'wings'. Just rinse then chuck in the wash, very easy.

As soon as I saw the packaging for the reusable liner I got the impression this was a quality product and company. The liner has exceeded my expectations. Beautifully designed and wonderfully functional, not to mention its positive impact on the environment. I’m a total convert and am grateful to Dame for designing and manufacturing such a great product.
