These guys are awesome. Got the thicc boi weighted shift knob for my stang GT. Insanely smooth shifts now because it weighs a pound. This is a super sick company. The package I received felt like a family member sent it with a funny postcard and a sticker. Great quality product with easy installation instructions. Totally recommend giving these Aussies a look at when you’re considering a new knob for your gas guzzler. Thanks again guys !

Product was delivered in great condition and quite quickly. Love the weight and fitment.
One thing that annoys me every time I look at it is the logo. No idea why they won’t offer it without a logo, or at least with a gate pattern. I would definitely give 5 starts if they offered that.
I think I found another company that offers unbranded ones that look very similar so I will switch to that.

I ordered a shifter and a kit from them for my husband for Christmas. I Was pleasantly surprised (from us being in the USA) just how quickly it got to our house. I ordered the shifter late in the season on the 20th of December right during the holiday Rush and somehow they got it to our house from Australia Brisbane to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania us in less than 5 days and that's including the weekend. So their shipping department I must say bravo because I ordered other items for the holidays from other companies literally one state over and those items took longer to get to us then this shifter so thank you for that. Quality of items surpasses what my husband was expecting he's very pleased with his gift and I'm very pleased. The ordering the delivery/shipping and the quality of the item surpasses probably most if not all companies I have ordered from in the past. Thank you so much for your efficiency and your quality in your work. Will 100% order from again and I recommend that anybody in the United States if you're worried about their item not getting to you quickly enough the people in this company genuinely care and will get your item to you swiftly.

I ordered an adapter for a shifter, using their online guide by selecting the car I own. Unbeknownst to me, the system glitched, and didn't save the car I entered, and the incorrect adapter was sent to me. I went back onto the website to check the size I needed, and it took 5 attempts before it saved my car correctly. When I contacted them to request an exchange, they simply told me to order the correct one instead. I advised them there was clearly an issue with the website, and they told me no one else had experienced this issue, and requested I send a recording of the website faulting to them. Murphy's Law, I was unable to get the website to fault again, as it had now successfully saved my car. I even tried on a different phone but with no luck. They offered to exchange the item, but stated I would have to pay postage to return the wrong item and postage for the correct one. This was for a $10 item. It would have cost me the same amount as if I had just reordered the item again. They couldn't even keep a customer happy for a $10 item, which says a lot!
I won't be giving them anymore money.

I placed an order, and everything was okay. The shipping was relatively fast, and customs and other taxes were handled smoothly. When buying through Instagram, the communication was quick, and they were helpful. However, when the wheel bolt caps/nuts broke, I sent them pictures and messaged them on Instagram, but they started pretending not to see the messages and completely ignored me.

Customer support is appalling, asked for a bit of guidance on how I could fit a gearknob of another brand and if they happened to do any adapters for it. Ben (company director) got back to me with a blunt and stuck up answer saying that I should just buy their gearknobs as their adapters (which are M20x1.5) “apparently” only fit their products… Great bit of help made me really want to buy from the company 👍

Kept seeing the Instagram adverts whilst I have been working on my car over the last few months. Decided to take the plunge as they looked good and had the design I was after.

Being an Australian company things took a short while to arrive. This was through no fault of Likewise who posted and provided tracking details within 24hours of purchase!

Items were packaged well and the boxes each item are in are of high quality and designed nicely. Products are solid also. Being solid metal even the lightest knob they offer is weighty in the hand and rock solid.

Fitment was easy, as they claimed in the Ad’s, and from start to finished including realignment to get the logos square took no more than 10 minutes.

I opted for a personal engraving on the front, this is also very high quality and looks like it belongs and isn’t an after thought.

Whilst being pricey they back it up with excellent quality and workmanship. Would recommend and will shop again in the future.
