Terrible customer service!!!
I ordered an adapter for a shifter, using their online guide by selecting the car I own. Unbeknownst to me, the system glitched, and didn't save the car I entered, and the incorrect adapter was sent to me. I went back onto the website to check the size I needed, and it took 5 attempts before it saved my car correctly. When I contacted them to request an exchange, they simply told me to order the correct one instead. I advised them there was clearly an issue with the website, and they told me no one else had experienced this issue, and requested I send a recording of the website faulting to them. Murphy's Law, I was unable to get the website to fault again, as it had now successfully saved my car. I even tried on a different phone but with no luck. They offered to exchange the item, but stated I would have to pay postage to return the wrong item and postage for the correct one. This was for a $10 item. It would have cost me the same amount as if I had just reordered the item again. They couldn't even keep a customer happy for a $10 item, which says a lot!
I won't be giving them anymore money.
