WeAreNOVA is a great and intuitive video editing tool with some AI wizardry and simple drag & drop interface. Very easy to use, invaluable for subtitling and transcription. Also tried translation to other languages. Overall, I found it really saved me a lot of time when editing videos. Highly recommended!!

This Nova is becoming uselesd

Where should I begin? I subscribed and paid for an annual subscription on July 17, 2023. However, on August 24, 2023, my subscription suddenly reverted to free mode. Despite sending multiple emails seeking assistance, I have not received any responses. It's been six weeks, and this issue remains unresolved. It's incredibly frustrating, and it feels like there's a lack of concern on their part. My frustration is mounting.

Hi, i got problems with the app, the emojies arent shown in the subtitle. i tried to reach over chat and email, no answers from the support, is this Website still online? Are there anyone working?

I recently had an unfavorable experience with a scam website named chatgptui.com, which advertised unlimited access to ChatGPT-4. This was a decisive factor in my choice to buy the service. Unfortunately, after my pavement, it was revealed that the site only provided an interface for "Nova A.I." and not ChatGPT 4 as previously advertised.

Extremely mischievous platform which is under the surface intended to scam you! I paid for a month, used it twice or so and then cancelled my subscription by downgrading. Now this sketchy Nova AI video editing crap has been trying to debit my card again in spite my cancellation. I tried every reach out to Nova through all the options they have available. All I got is a useless generic response saying gibberish on how they are a “self-service” company, implying that I service myself and their dumb chat bot send me to a subtly threatening terms about how they will keep charging interest on the amount they’re unjustly trying to charge to my card until I pay.

If this Nova is not a daylight scam, I wonder what it is.

Please help me. I added ur APP TO MY IPHONE to test your software. I must have made mistakes setting it up, now I can not use my phone. Even though I unsubscribed and waited for the free usage days to end. Still ur software is controlling my iPhone. Page setup and all screens. I can’t do anything or answer urgent calls. The free subscription ended yesterday, but
Still I can’t use anything.
Please help, how do I undo and go back to prior to adding ur app pls

Wish I could give it a zero star. The website has spammed me after I signed up by mistake. The “Unsubscribe” link is intentionally fake. Michael the Founder promised to take my email from the emailing list but he lied! BE AWARE!

When freelance video editing for corporate and broadcast clients, PromoMii is my go to "colleague" for analysing video footage and audio recordings such as voice over.

As an added service to my clients I have started extracting scripts of the spoken words, interview or otherwise. Which they can use for script editing, or when writing posts for publications, blogging or social media.

But being able to find the exact moments in time based on the person appearing, their facial expression(s), location or items in vision, is a helpful tool that is second to none.

As a subscriber on an annual plan, I am happy to give PromoMii 5 stars.
