I have been using Riley for a while now, signed up to the 6 month subscription service. I 100% feel more comfortable using these products - not just from an environmental standpoint point, but from a physical comfort aspect too. I use pads, liners and tampons and have had no discomfort.

Anytime I have had any issues or questions, I have found the team to be prompt, responsive, very approachable and extremely helpful - all while remaining professional. I think it’s worth pointing out with regards to some of the other reviews - issues happen, delays happen, problems with 3rd partners happen - what’s important to me is how some deals with, addresses and resolves these problems and I’ve always found the team at Riley to be good at fixing, sorting and reverting. Sometimes you need to just go touch grass!

I subscribed to receive period products every 3 months. It really helps when you don’t plan properly like me - tampons are there when needed! It’s such a great concept!! The website is really easy to tweak your order to adjust the amount/strength of products to buy. Also what’s not to love about using products that have less chemicals and are great quality? Thanks Team Riley!!!

Love this product. Found it was available in my local library which I loved. Free period products should always be available in all bathrooms but this is obviously not always the case. Loved that DLRCoco were using an Irish eco/non toxic brand. But it also gave me a chance to try the product for free! Loved it. Ordered for myself and am converted. Which I started ordering from them ages ago. I then asked my work if we could get them in our bathrooms so I’ve set that up in my work now and am thrilled! Recently got a small mix up in my order and it was resolved straight away by kind, friendly, generous staff. Makes such a difference when dealing with a company when I feel listened to and treated well. Maith thú Riley you’re doing everything right! What happens when women are in business!!! :)

I’ve ordered from Riley previously and had been very happy with the product but the latest version of the sanitary towels are poorly constructed, the internal absorbent layer is lumpy and in mounds within the pads and the outter leaf is closed with what seems to be glue dots. I’m surprised and disappointed

Riley products have been amazing for me, I always struggled with getting reactions to period products but Riley is 100% cotton so I don’t get a reaction and also I can now use a period product that won’t mess with my hormones!! I have the subscription every 3 months and it’s so handy because you can change it at any time too! Also the packaging is so fab!

I find Riley products really good, they are not irritating my skin like other brands. I've been using them for a few months now & couldn't be happier. Delivery is fast as well. I would highly recommend.

Such amazing products. High quality. Fairly priced. Love the subscription idea - allows peace of mind knowing the items will be delivered every 3 or 6 months. Would 100% recommend to everyone! Best menstrual products I have ever tried.

Order arrived quickly. The pads are soo comfortable with absolutely no irritation, nor leaking. Love they're packed individually for days out.

I love Riley! I never have to worry about having a supply of pads and I love the sustainability element of the company.

Very basic period products work just fine but quadruple the price to other period “non Toxic brand” such as Natracare which has been around longer since the 1980s founded by women. I think period products should be more affordable and not turns into a money hungry profiteering scheme with heavy marketing. 8 euro for a box a pads + shipping? 6.50 for tampons? It’s not cheap and it’s a hyped brand. Won’t be buying again found other 100% cotton brand that’s more affordable, less branding BS.

I placed an order nearly a month ago now but have not received anything from Riley other than their newsletter. No info re delivery, tracking etc has been sent beyond the initial order confirmation. I've followed up with hello@riley three times to enquire as to the status and haven't received a response. I then resorted to writing a comment on their instagram as they seem to be very active on that platform. They interacted with comments etc made on their page after I left my comment but have not acknowledged mine. Bizarre. I can't comment on the quality of the product but wouldn't recommend due to their abysmal customer service.

I was really quite surprised how different using Riley pads would be to the ones I've been using previously. A lot more comfortable, non-irritating and much less odour.
They don't feel as dry when absorbing though so that is taking a bit of time to get used to; but the way I felt after my period is worth that slight discomfort.
