Really good product i Lost weight on these I've had other meal replacements in the past and have done nothing. I highly recommend these as they dont have that horrible sugary taste either. 5*

I’ve been using Solo for a little while now, and it’s decent but not without its quirks. The drinks are quite filling if you get the mix right, and they’ve helped with reducing bloating and curbing hunger after some time. The flavours are alright, though I wish there were more variety to try without committing to large quantities. It’s quick and easy to prepare, but I found it better when mixed carefully to avoid a grainy texture. Weight loss has been noticeable, but I did feel a bit hungry at the start. Overall, it’s good if you need a convenient option, but not perfect.

I mix 2 scoops in boiling water with a hand whisk. Then add either cold milk or water. I do this because it disolves completely and looses that grainy powder taste. With milk it tasted like having a warm drink, fine with water also. It goes really frothy. I feel better and I'm not so bloated. along with my main meal in the evening and 2/3 shakes a day i have lost half a stone in a month. I did feel hungry at first but now it seems to be cutting the hunger pains out.

I had a wonderful perfect experience here so far. Eli goes the extra mile and has provided so much help for me to set up my artist page! I highly recommend them 100%!

Just started it this week and it seems to taste amazing

Couldnt see if they work because the first shake i ve tried had a bug in it.
Bought this thinking ok its a good price let me try. Come home to open the tub and made the shake and i see a brown clump in it. I pick it out to look and it has legs. I also seen green/blueish specks it might be plastic. Im chucking the whole tub now.

I have tried other drinks but they were not keeping me full and didn't taste good. Saw solo thought I'd give it a try and they are delicious, I was actually looking forward to drinking them and yes I didn't feel hungry and I have lost weight. Love them.

Please can you advise if this is suitable for someone who is Gluten-free & lactose-free.

I find these tasty and easy to use. I had been on Herbalife shakes for three months but found the prixe prohibitive so finding these was a financial no-brainer. I use two shakes a day and a healthy evening meal and am still losing weight.

Bought from B&M. Excellent product, tastes good, I added some wheat germ powder for extra protein and nutrition but product is fine without. I use it as a meal replacement for bodybuilding. Five stars.

I got the banana & caramel one - it lacks a little flavour when 325nl water added and thin consistency however, it’s no different to 121 diet @ £40 pw I have lost 3st 7 on a shake diet 2x a day and with a meal in the evening this will save me a lot more money - blend in a nutriblender I had no lumps it was great - drink 3l of water a day and your see results 👍

I bought the chocolate hazelnut flavour. I usually go for other brands but saw this at home bargains and thought I'd give it a try. It mixes up rubbish even with a proper mixer, still lumps and bits in the bottom. I think the shake isn't flavoured enough and it's way too sugary for me and when mixed with water it's not as thick as other brands. I've tried to stick with it but I'm hungry even when doing the right eating plan along side the shakes.
This morning when I came to make my shake I found a lovely surprise in the tub. A old crispy scrap of paper. Nice!! Not something you'd expect in your shakes.( Nowhere to upload a photo but I do have evidence of this.) I definitely won't be buying again and I suggest for anyone reading not to bother wasting your money when big super market brands do their own shakes that are better.

SOLO FAT METABOLISER, ULTRA BURN.
Where can i start with this product. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I am 6ft3 and a muscley guy, but my only problem was getting rid of my gut. I ate health, trained hard, but my big gut never seem to budge, no matter which fat supplements I take. Then I went to Home bargains for the first time and i saw Solo fat metaboliser ultra burn. Very cheap price for a tub. Bought it, went home and took 15g mixed with water. I swear to you, within an hour of taking it, my stomach shrunk and became very soft. I have been taking it for 5 days now. This product is bloody brilliant.

Do not buy the fat burner made me feel faint almost instantly. Even when I eat food it didn’t help it made me feel ill for 2 days hot and sweaty with headaches that painkillers wouldn’t shift. Had to be in bed most of the day

I saw these and thought id give them a try. The flavors were good although the powder had trouble dissolving. I was quite happy until I ordered more. I opened up a new tub of the chocolate hazelnut and I think they forgot to put any flavor in it. It had to go down the drain.

Usually buy a very well known brand but saw this and thought I'd give it a try.
For the price I got it at I was satisfied and the flavour of the banana was nice.
I mixed it with skimmed milk
Used a blender and the only thing I can fault it on is the powdery aftertaste

The worst replacement meal I have ever had after mixing for ages still leaves bits doesn’t mix well at all shame

I am coping well on these. I mix with 300 water morning and lunch and they taste good. No hunger pangs but drinking plenty of water and tea. Feeling after a week less bloated and quite well in myself. Evening a normal meal being sensible and noticing a difference in clothes. I will fall back on these when I start feeling big and uncomfortable. Good value too. Result.
