Place an order in July never received anything as they were having issues, but they still accepted the order and took my money over £200. Month later they emailed to say the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 10 working days, still waiting 3 weeks later. Customer services won’t respond. Do not purchase from them.

I signed up for a subscription to Valerie earlier in the year, got my first order of 3 bottles of Daily Essentials with no issues. I can't say I noticed a monumental difference in how I felt at the end of the three months, but as I was recovering from an illness as well I thought I'd carry on with the subscription and give it a chance.

This is where my problems started.

Valerie took payment for my second subscription at a time they must have known it could not have been despatched.

I never received a despatch email, so it was up to me to get in touch with them, after which I received an email saying they were experiencing 'despatch issues' and should be up and running by the end of the week. I waited until 10 days later when, having heard nothing, I requested a refund on the order and also cancelled my subscription on the website. That was on 10th July.

Since then my requests for a refund have been ignored, and promised updates haven't happened. I did get an email to say Valerie paused trading on 28th July, where I again requested a refund, then on 10th August the order I had previously cancelled was despatched. I immediately emailed customer service AGAIN to say it should not have been despatched, and refused delivery from Royal Mail when it arrived. Royal Mail tracking told me the order had arrived back with Valerie on 17th August. I have received no acknowledgement of this and no refund despite repeated requests.

So Valerie have had my £129 since 22nd June, despite repeated requests and subscription cancellation BEFORE it was despatched. They despatched regardless and even though they now have the product back they have not sent the refund.

Basically I feel robbed - avoid!

I paid for and was expecting to receive my order in June. I later received an email from Valerie explaining that they were experiencing operational issues and asking whether I would like a refund. I confirmed that I would.

Despite this, I heard nothing for several weeks and did not receive my refund. I then received the product on the 13th August!

I contacted Valerie again to explain that I had already requested a refund and no longer wanted the product. I also made it clear that I was willing to return the item, provided that Valerie covered the cost of the return.

It has now been four days since I last contacted them, and I have still received no response.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I would like Valerie to arrange and cover the return of the unwanted product and process my refund without any further delay.

I cancelled my order and requested a refund. The order was shipped anyway, and all my emails have been ignored. I have had to return the order at my expense and will now have to raise a payment dispute with my bank to get my money back - adding to the inconvenience.

Finding Valerie is one of the best things I have ever done whilst on my menopause journey. It’s magic in a bottle for me personally and yes I would bloomin well recommend!!!

Very disappointed in the customer support and lack of communication regarding a missing order. I spent £129 as part of my subscription (which I have since cancelled) which was never delivered. Royal Mail told me that Valerie need to claim for missing items. I have contacted them THREE times via their contact form and nobody has responded. I would not recommend.

I have been receiving Valerie products on subscription. The last order did not arrive and Valerie have not responded to my requests to refund or replace. Royal Mail have informed me that it is their responsibility to make a claim. Non-existent communication. Very poor customer service.

This product has absolute saved me through the perimenopause - i have used it since it launched. I would lost without it.

I've been taking Valerie for over a year now. Both the AM & PM options. It took a while for me to recognise the impact which includes clarity of mind (less brain fog), much better sleep and reduced sweats. When I am less consistent in taking it (because I feel great so might forget) I notice a return of the menopausal symptoms, so like anything, consistency is key. Thank you Valerie this has truly been a game changer for me!

I was looking for a way to take the vitamins I needed as a woman of a certain age. I knew the ones in the supermarkets were not good enough because I would be getting what I paid for - not much! I saw Valerie on a friends post and decided to go for it. Honestly honestly it’s brilliant. I feel better - better sleep, more energy, everything. Great product that makes me feel like I have control over the uncontrollable changes I’m feeling in my mid 40s.
The fact that I love the taste is a total bonus as I’d take anything to reduce my Peri-menopause symptoms, and this does that from a delicious golden spoon! The customer service has also been great.

Great product, very tasty. Arrived on time. Comes with an extra travel bottle and also a cute golden spoon for ease of application.

I started using Valerie at the end of 2025. I used it for 3 months and thought I wasn't seeing any improvements to my life so cancelled the subscription. About 10 days later, I was really struggling with my energy level - I was sat at my desk at about 3pm and was struggling to keep my eyes open! After a few days it occurred to me that the only change was stopping Valerie! I got it reordered and haven't looked back! Energy levels are back to being good and I'm sure there are other benefits too I just haven't noticed tbh!! Would recommend to all other 40+ women!

Just into my second month, feel ok, easy to take, tastes good, hopefully by the 3rd month I'll feel amazing, wouldn't say Valerie is a miracle but I'll come back in another month and let you know!

I’ve been taking Valerie for about a year now! I’m not good with pills and so I found Valerie and was so pleased. It’s got everything I need to take in a bottle, delivered to my door. It’s brilliant. I would highly recommend it!

Clearly indicates potential benefits on site. Clear breakdown of ingredients in liquid. Easy order process.

Have to say that the taste is a little strange - don’t get me wrong - it’s not an unpleasant taste, just unusual, but the benefits hugely outweigh that.

I also purchased the one to aid sleep and it certainly does. I can’t recommend these products enough!

My energy is boosted. I sleep better and best of all is anxiety is reduced. Life is calmer with Valerie on board.
